PMD Beauty Omdömen 

I purchased a PMD Clean Pro from Macy's 9 days ago. O tried charging it 3 times for about 4 hours each time and the product just isn't holding a charge. Im guessing it may be a bad lithium battery. I went through all of the trouble shooting (holding back and front button down at the same time to unlock the travel safety lock in case I had accidentally locked it) nothing, couldn't even get a full face wash out of it.

I read that there have been a lot of bad batteries with the PMD lately, so I thought Id go direct to PMD so they could send me a fully tested replacement.

They were very receptive to my email and asked that I send them the receipt, my shipping address, & an image of the product, which I did right away.

Then today I recieved this message from PMD.

"Thank you for contacting PMD We are so sorry that the Clean Pro you have is not working as it should be. We are going to need some additional information from you in order to get this issue resolved. Can you please provide us with the the following:

2. Full name and current shipping address
3. Serial number - located on the stone side stamped on the silicone above the cap. It is 10 digits in length and begins with a "2"
4. Picture showing the charging cord inserted - we need to see the area where the charging cord is inserted as well as the front power button
4. Video showing the following (with charging cord removed):
Quick press the power button
Remove your finger so we can see the button
Set the Clean Pro on a surface so that we can see the vibrations or lack of vibrations
Turn over to the heat side, quick press the power button
Remove your finger so we can see the power button
Once we receive this information we can move forward with a resolution."

My response was simply Are you kidding me! Name and address, already sent, but okay I can send that again, serial number ,we'll okay, but all the other nonsense they want the customer to go through after messing with a broken new product is insulting. I'll return it to Macys and they can take a flying leap.

Owned the microdermabrasion device for quite a few years and it’s great, still going strong. I recently ordered replacement discs for it from PMD directly and the pack arrived used, the packaging was scuffed and one of the discs had someone’s skin flakes on one of them. Really disgusting! Tries to contact the company a few times online and via email, waiting for days, with no response. Phone number on the website doesn’t connect.

I have probably tried almost every product PMD has put out since their very first microdermabrasion device over ten years ago. Every product has helped my anti aging concerns in some way. Whether it’s deep exfoliation on top of the skin or healing the skin from underneath the surface, these devices have enhanced where Mother Nature started falling short. And their customer service team could probably teach Chic Fil A something; they are so helpful!

I’ve been using PMD Beauty products consistently for awhile now, and I can honestly say my skin has never looked better. I was dealing with dullness, uneven texture, and occasional breakouts, and I feel like my skin just looked tired overall. After adding their tools into my routine, I started noticing a real difference in how smooth and clear my skin looked.

I love how easy the products are to use and implement into my daily routine. Consistency has been a struggle for me, but with how soothing and relaxing the process is using my Clean and Microderm, it makes it easy for me to keep up with it! Love PMD you need it!!

I’m typically skeptical of beauty devices—they’re often all hype and trends. But PMD won me over. Now I can't go without my Microderm, Clean Acne, and Wave Pro. They actually do what they claim and are 100% worth the investment.

If I could give 0 I would apsoluttely terrible for the price 100 pounds it does nothing no suction handly it's fit for the bin dont bother wasting you're money on this

Very poor service by this skincare company. Had I known it would have been so difficult to get a replacement I would have just purchased from a different brand, their products are very overpriced, and to take a customers personal details but also ask their household income is disgusting!
You also have to return the item yourself with tracked postage before a replacement can be shipped.

How am I to get you product back from a special needs person I purchased as a gift for and return it to them?

Wish I had purchased from a different brand instead. They are ten times better.
