Absolute scam rip off company - DO NOT USE.

I called them to report a leak coming from my bathroom in a top floor flat. The leak was a slow trickle going into the flat below so needed to be fixed before it became a major issue.

I explained the situation to their office staff and asked if they would need access to the flat below. The resolutely said they would not require access to the flat below.

The plumber turned up, took one look at bathroom and said he couldn't do anything without access to the flat below and promptly left, having spent literally under two minutes on site.

I call again to explain the situation and they offer to send the plumber around again. This time I coordinate access to the flat below. The plumber comes around, takes one look at the flat below and promptly says the issue is leaky sealant around the bath. Clearly proving the plumber did not require access to the flat below.

The plumber then left stating he didn't have the equipment to complete the job (so a plumber rocks up without bathroom sealant).

A third call to this clown show and the plumber finally comes around with sealant and doesn't ask for access to the flat below and finally replaces the faulty sealant.

Total charge £492 for a 30 minute job and a tube of sealant that costs around £10.

DO NOT TOUCH THESE SCAMMERS.

Edit: I responded to Plumb Nation's request for further details by providing the invoice number 62642, but they have failed to provide a further response. Unsurprising as the invoice literally states £384 to remastic but omits the previous call out charge where they did nothing.

Plumb London recently replaced two very old radiators in our kitchen, and we are very pleased with the results. The engineer was very knowledgeable and courteous, and ensured that all the other radiators in the house were bled properly before completing the job, as the system had to be drained down. We were very pleased with this efficient service.

They supplied a competent chap who knew the boiler and related control devices. Found the fault on first visit and came back next day with the replacement.

Plumb London deliver a consistently excellent service. In 2025, my boiler was repaired swiftly before the annual service, and the skilled, friendly engineer arrived at the allotted time after a courteous 30‑minute call ahead. I called the same day my boiler was leaking and they promptly assisted me and sent an engineer to check within the same day in the evening. Following day they shared all the findings and the proposal, so we opted for a new boiler and they have done everything and sent the same engineer the day after for installation, which took the whole day. Very impressed with the service and the quality. highly recommend
