NEVER get work done with this company
NEVER get work done with this company. They came to do some repairs to our flooring following a leak in our kitchen. They sent someone over to fix the leak, he did a rubbish job and caused another leak. They then sent a new team of 2 to fix that leak and repair our floorboards. They did a laughable job. The leak wasn't fixed. There was a massive whole in between floorboards, they were uneven, they left screws loose causing an injury to my foot. They will never contact you when they say they will. I always had to call them and chase them myself. I complained on the phone to them about all of these things and they said I wouldn't have to pay. Then over a month later they took money straight from my account without any warning! Over a grand just taken from my account without any authorisation and they won't give it back after complaining. Awful con artists. NEVER again.

Disappointing and not a great start to 2026
Good work, reliable and transparent
Communicative, prompt and reliable with transparent quotes and pricing displayed through their portal. Probably paid slightly over the odds, but IMO it was worth it for the reliability and transparency. The work done is very good as well (new boiler) with a good follow up conversation explaining potential future improvements that could be made to the system (pump to improve pressure etc) without any commitment or pressure on the spot.
Very expensive and poor advice
We were told that we needed a new water tank to solve our water pressure issue. The quote came through and the tank was marked up by 30% with Vat added to an inc Vat price. Labour was quoted at over £2k. When I questioned the price I was told I could buy the tank myself. I never got a reply re the excessive labour charge. In fact I never heard back. I contacted British Gas who sent a plumber round. Turns out it was an air block. Saved me over £4K.
Poor communication and customer service
I had a simple plumbing job to replace bathroom taps. Initially this was okay but then I spotted a concern which was linked to the original problem. I flagged this up because I was worried the work hadn't been completed properly. It took a very long time to arrange a return visit. One day I waited all morning only for the visit to be rescheduled. When an engineer finally came they spent 5 minutes and said everything was ok. I thought out of goodwill this company would waive any call out, but no. They charged for the callout. At no point did they mention this when I raised the issue with the work. It may well be in the terms for the warranty but this did not feel very personal or customer oriented. I won't do business with this company again and will go for a smaller local plumbing outfit!
Excellent service
I can't fault Property Response Group. I have used them for 2 plumbing jobs, and both have been undertaken efficiently. Great communication via whatsapp and email and they also have a nice online platform to track jobs and pay invoices.

Good comms, prompt response and efficient
A good experience from start to finish, with good communication and prompt response. We had a problem with our boiler that was not working properly, first engineer arrived who was well presented and very polite, had a thorough look at the boiler and found the issue but needed parts to fix, the next day another engineer came, again very well presented and polite, he came with all the parts to fix my boiler and he did just that. I now have a working boiler again thanks to Property Response. Would definitely recommend.
Boiler installation
I recently had my boiler installed by Property Response,and I couldn’t be happier with the service! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. The team arrived on time, explained the entire process to me, and handled the installation with expertise and attention to detail.
They also kept the work area clean and left everything tidy when they finished. The boiler is working perfectly, and I’m already noticing a difference in heating efficiency. I highly recommend PRG for anyone needing reliable and quality boiler installation services

Please do not use this company - they're basically scam artists.
Got told my gas wasn't safe because the output to the outside wasnt insulated. Absolute tosh. Got a second opinion and he confirmed they were just trying to get money from me.
Also the job would have taken about 1minute to do at the time but they couldn't even be bothered to do that.
Please avoid, don't fall for the same mistake I did!
OK work
OK work, as far as I can tell at moment. Just note - after an invoice payment request online, within just a few days of completion the company will extract its job charge from your bank account (via the info on the first £1 "deposit") without your compliance.

My tenants were experiencing a boiler problem. I was able to book online and the company contacted my tenants directly and sorted the problem out within 48 hours. Would definitely use again
Do not use, get second opinion
I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent service I received from your company. Unfortunately, the two visits performed did not resolve the issue I was facing. Each time the Gas Board was blamed.
I had to get a second opinion from an Ideal engineer who subsequently visited my property [Fixed issue at much lower rate]. They identified the problem promptly and efficiently replaced the gas valve, resolving the issue on the first attempt. Their professionalism and expertise were commendable.
The engineer who visited my property mentioned that only 10% of the service had been completed by Property Response group engineer, and no cleaning had taken place. They also confirmed that there was no issue with the gas pressure. It appears that more efforts should have been made to isolate the problem effectively.
As a customer, I expect reliable and effective service, and unfortunately, my experience fell short of that expectation. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and use it to improve your services moving forward.

Kitchen Leak Fix via Pipe Replacement & Washing Machine Installation
I recently encountered an unexpected issue when the John Lewis installation team was unable to install my new washing machine and inadvertently caused a leak. In need of assistance, I contacted this plumbing service and was glad I did. They dispatched a plumber the very next day, who was incredibly efficient. He swiftly diagnosed the problem, replaced the necessary pipe, and installed the washing machine—all within a 30-minute visit.
His skilled service quickly resolved what could have been a prolonged inconvenience.
The only downside was the final charge of £129.59, which was higher than the initial quote of £90.
DO NOT USE, POOR SERVICE, MISLEADING
Used PRG for a boiler service. They found issues and gave me a quote to resolve which I agreed. The day of follow up, no one arrived and no one called. I had to call them to find out what was happening and was told there had been some issues with their supplier for the parts and I would need to pay £350 more!!. If I wanted the job done on the same day it would £350 and if I want to reschedule it would still cost me more. I spoke to a lady at PRG who just kept blaming the suppliers and wouldn't let me speak. She would just talk over me and pass the blame. As a customer my contract is with PRG, if they have issues with their suppliers after a agreement with the customer that's on them and not the customer!!. They didn't bother to call me on the day of the job to update me with any issues, instead I had to chase them. They provided a quote which was agreed, took 50% payment and
then asked for more money on the day of the job for it to be completed! Poor service, DO NOT USE
