Not great if have to revisit.

Had them out about 2weeks ago. Same day visit which I needed. Hence the reason they were very expensive. Plumber arrived on time. Very poor English but we got by. All fixed no problem. Had to call them again today as leak had occurred came out same day which was great but then tried to charge me for something that should have been done on previous visit. Call centre not that great to deal with basically hung up on me at end of call as if angry they weren’t be paid for this visit. Would not use again.

This company really scammed me badly

This company really scammed me badly. I called and asked about getting a simple shower tap installed for our new home. They sent someone and told me it will cost £50 and then they would send me a quote for the install. The guy came and looked at my shower in less than a minute, asked for the money and when he left the company never sent me a quote and never followed up. In fact they asked me for the £50 again by calling me a few times. The guy who took the cash told them I didn’t pay him, which really disappointed me.

I am a first time home owner and had no idea the ins and outs of plumbing companies but I learned quickly that their practice is not normal. I should have known better.
