Plumbing Hot Ltd Omdömen

Fantastic, reliable company that I would highly recommend, both as an integral contractor and heating services company. Excellent customer service experience! They deliver results and have an innovative approach to providing value and effective energy saving solutions.

Great service. Issues with toilet. Arrived within an hour. Fixed problem. Very nice guy, helpful and polite. Can’t ask for more! Highly recommend!

I have used plumbing Hot Ltd on a couple of occasions, highly recommend , they are very professional in what they do, my boiler failed and not having any heating was the last thing I needed in this cold weather , I called the team and within a couple of hours one of the boys turned up to have a look to see what the problem was, this was a courtesy call on the way to another job to see if it was a quick fix, within 20mins I was told the circuit board had failed, they procured the board and the following afternoon the work was done and the heating system was restored, throughout the work the team kept my updated on the times and cost, the experiences I have had with the boys has been great .
5* service,thanks Steve/Chris
Thanks

Turn up when they say they will, do a good job, polite and professional service. Used them for a good few years now and will continue to do so

Quick appointment, good communication via email and text, punctuality and a professional and thorough boiler and gas fire service.

Very reliable and friendly team, always delivering excellent service.

I’ve been a customer for several years, and they consistently go the extra mile whenever urgent situations arise.

Their dedication and professionalism make them stand out — I highly recommend them.

Very friendly and professional service. No complaints at all. Will be using Plumbing Hot again.

Excellent company, very reliable, friendly and i would highly recommend them

Great communication and timely for our boiler and gas fire services

Friendly team, reliable and good communications. Very happy with the service of my oil combi boiler.

Chris came and looked at my old boiler in person and provided a quote very quickly. We discussed options, and Chris was very knowledgeable and advised me on the best unit to purchase - we agreed to proceed and date was arranged. Chris turned up on time and installed the new boiler very quickly - and cleaned up afterwards. I told the Wife that I cleaned up so please don’t tell her otherwise… Thank you to everyone at Plumbing Hot, great service!!! Adrian.

We had a leak in the upstairs shower cubicle, we phoned Plumbing Hot Ltd, who came out as an emergency on Friday night. Chris traced the leak which was behind the false wall. He stopped the leak. Gave us a quote for, all necessary remedial work. The work was then carried out by Stuart who was always on time done an excellent job, and he kept the work area clean and tidy, and cleaned up before he left. They are friendly and easy to talk to. We highly recommend this firm as we are considering asking them to do another job soon.

Having used Plumbing Hot for several years now I have always found them to be very reliable, professional and courteous. I would highly recommended them from a boiler installation to a leaky tap.

Brilliant experience
Really friendly staff that keep you informed throughout everything

Excellent service as usual. I would definitely recommend to family and friends

Chris and Steve are literally the only trade we are still using 8yrs after starting our house reno and they continue to be professional and really responsive. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

From 1st call to new boiler installed and working less than 24 hours and cost very good far more cheaper than British Gas and far more quicker in response time would recommend to anyone wanting new boiler fitting...amazing ,professional service.

Boiler totally broke down. Enquired sunday, arrived to fit a replacement by Tuesday, competitive prices excellent service. Cleaned up took rubbish away. Couldn't be happier..

Plumbing Hot are a highly professional and efficient company. They expertly fitted a new boiler and sink unit for me on schedule, despite some awkward issues in an old property. They were friendly and polite and I would have no hesitation recommending them. I will use them again for all plumbing needs. Thanks Guys!

Arranged with Chris to have a new washing m/c installed in an understairs cupboard, new dishwasher into the kitchen and fit an external CW tap. All work completed as planned, by a highly competent plumber, to my total satisfaction.
