Plumbing Hot Ltd Omdömen

The work that I had done was the removal of a gas fire and back boiler. The work was carried out efficiently. The workman put down protection for my carpets and left no mess at all when he finished. I would recommend this company to anyone.

A brilliant family run business that gives exceptional service. Fast and efficient, with excellent communication and professional manner.. would highly recommend.

I recently had my boiler serviced and was really impressed with the overall experience. the engineer arrived exactly on time, which is always appreciated, and got straight to work with a coffee I made.
he was very respectful of my home, everything was kept clean and tidy throughout, and he made sure to leave the area as he found it. its clear he takes pride in his work.
I had a small leak with a rubber tube and he pointed it out to myself explaining what has happened, with this he fixed it and told me to contact baxi as it is under warranty.
Overall, a reliable, professional service that i'll use again.

I had my annual boiler service done, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Steve arrived exactly within the scheduled window, which I really appreciated. He took time to check everything and answered my questions; he was also mindful of my home, leaving the workspace spotless. Thank you ☺️

Plumbing Hot Ltd have been amazing since they fitted my new boiler and radiators last year. Booked in for my annual service in January and Steve arrived on time, was friendly and helpful and also explained everything he had done. Just amazing service overall.

Great service from Plumbing Hot Ltd. Replaced our broken shower quickly and on time. Great service and communication from the company and a shout out to Steve the engineer who was excellent. Will use again.

Steve from Plumbing Hot Ltd arrived on time and gave our boiler a complete check over and approval. He also picked up a slight problem with the positioning of certain of the boiler components during its initial installation which I am very grateful for. I have contacted the people who initially installed our boiler and they have assured me that they will send out one of their engineers to rectify the installation problem. I found Steve to be very knowledgeable and friendly and very dedicated and completed the inspection very quickly and thoroughly and we will definitely use this company again for all our boiler inspections and problems. It’s very reassuring to find a company you feel you can really trust for quick and professional service.

We were so fortunate to have chosen Plumbing Hot. When we explained we were pensioners likely to face the New Year without heating or hot water an engineer was sent, a diagnosis made and a new boiler fitted and operational on New Years Day! It wasn't just a job, we felt the company cared. Thank you Chris.

Always polite. Overall do a great job.
Came to do an annual service. Completed quickly and efficiently.

Previously fitted the boiler, came back a month or so quickly same evening before finishing for their day when had problems, caused by manufacturers fault. Totally satisfied with their services.

I have used Plumbing Hot for my boiler service for years. They are friendly, professional & punctual at a fair price too I have recommend them to friends.

Great service as always from Steve and Chris .

Outstanding service, excellent communication and a great job!
Thank you to the lovely Steve.

What impressed me most about this company was their communication and punctuality. Many times in the past we have had tradesmen who haven’t let us know if they were running late or even just not turning up at all! Chris messaged us to confirm our appointment and on the day gave us the time he would be arriving and he was there exactly when he said he would be. He listened to our issue and fixed it promptly without leaving any mess. We would definitely use this company again.
