PlumbGas service my boiler annually
PlumbGas service my boiler annually and always do a thorough job. When my boiler stopped working recently when it was particularly cold, they sent Chris out to take a look at it as a matter of urgency and he was able to find the fault, source the parts I needed and get it working very quickly, which was a huge relief! He was also very kind and polite. Thank you

Friendly, punctual and high quality
From the initial booking through to the execution of the job Plumbgas have been very easy to deal with. The engineer (Ed) was punctual and polite, happy to explain what he was doing. He was very clean and tidy.
Really impressed and will happily use them again...in fact they're coming to service the boiler next.

Just fantastic
We used plumbgas earlier this year for some emergency work and were so pleased that we have asked them to come again to do some renovation on our shower room later this year. However the elderly broken shower in said bathroom started to leak very badly flooding the room 2 days ago. That was a Sunday but I rang them first thing on Monday asking if they could come to cap the shower off pending full works. The person who took the call was fantastically efficient in sorting out a visit ASAP but real credit to Ethan the plumber who stopped on his way home on a wild dark snowy evening and sorted out the problem not only efficiently but cheerfully despite having a long journey afterwards. We live in the sticks so he came down icy single track potholed lanes to us. What a star. Thank you plumgas and ethan

Highly recommend Plumbgas. Their admin team are extremely efficient, texting yearly reminders when my boiler service is due. Communication and updates on engineers attendance is much appreciated. Ryan completed my service. He is pleasant, hard working, professional and polite. Diagnosed and fixed a fault on one of my rads in 5 mins. A pleasure to have in my home and a credit to the company! Good afternoon,
We are disappointed to see this review as we feel we offered you fair solutions to the natural occurrence that is happening with your tap.
When you raised this with us, we immediately referred this to our installation manager and Bristan, the tap manufacturer, for their clarification on the matter. It was diagnosed that what is happening with your tap is a standard process called capillary action which is a form of spout drainage. It is an occurrence which sees excess water being expelled from a product after use. The water is held within the product due to an imbalance of pressures. As these equalise the water will be released. The water can either exit the product slowly or with a forceful gush for a few seconds which is what is happening in your case. If there was an issue with the tap or the tap valves, the tap would continuously drip/leak. We offered to come back and fit you a new tap free of charge of a different style to see if this would suit you better, however you advised us that you had decided to keep the original tap and put up with the few seconds of excess water being expelled when you turn the tap off.
We feel we have been more than fair in our resolution, particularly as this relates to a natural occurrence rather than our workmanship.
