My experience with Plug In Stations
I’ve had two visits to do the installation and to date I’m still waiting to use it. And in the meantime it’s costing me money to use public charging. I’m not impressed. It defeats the purpose of me purchasing a home charger from them.

2 Cancelled Appointments to fit Charger
It took 2 cancelled appointments and 2 actual appointments to finally fit the Charger.
The first appointment, I was told by the fitter he wouldn't have enough time to finish it.
The second appointment occured at 4.30 pm on Sunday. The fitter was excellent but the timing was one and a half hours after the schduled appointment.

Great customer experience
The guys arrived on time and fitted the charger without any issues.The installation was neat and tidy without being too intrusive.I had to go out before they had fInished and they kindly left me a mobile number should I have any questions.

So the booking of the installation was excellent but then my appointment got cancelled on the day which was annoying as booked day off.
The guy who installed it was very good and did a great job.

Absolutely brilliant service
Absolutely brilliant service.
Andre, the installer arrived on schedule and nothing was too much trouble running the cable neat and and out of sight. He travelled from London to Wiltshire to supply charger and install for less than £1000 which was a huge saving over what my local electrician quoted to do the same job!

Engineer very pleasant and friendly
Engineer turned up on time, the weather was dreadful but with the aid of large umbrellas he fitted the charger box and cable

Smooth, professional and competent.
Quickly provided a reasonable quote and confirmed our requirement. The engineer who attended (Jason) worked hard and late on a Sunday to get the job done after dark. Not only did he fit the charger properly but he improved the whole installation to ensure reliability for both charger and house. He wouldn’t go until satisfied that all was good and we could use the device.

Kept us informed and communicated well.
The plugin stations were great but yet to test the new charge point. Andy the local installer left the site littered with packets, raw plugs, mastic nozzle cap, wire cutoffs and screws. Brushing up the generated brick dust would have been a nice touch. There’s room for improvement on the install side. I felt he was rather rushed to move on to the next job.
