Fantastic customer service. My dog is an aggressive chewer. Not realizing the diffrent levels of strengths I purchased a toy that she destroyed within a few minutes. I contacted Karen at Playology and after conversation about breed,age, and size. I was sent an appropriate toy for her chewing habits and she is still enjoying it. I appreciate the quick response and education. I definitely recommend Playology and will purchase additional toys in the future.

I bought a toy for my small sized Cavapoo. However he tore it up within a day. I contacted Karen at customer service and she educated me on the different toys available according to their chew type. My puppy is a very aggressive chewer so not only did she recommend a Playology toy, she sent me one. 2 weeks later my puppy is still enjoying it! Thanks Karen!

We purchased a ball and my dog loved it but also destroyed it within a month. I read on the package to email them about your experience. I did and the customer service was top notch! Karen went above and beyond to send me a new item. I would highly recommend their company!!

We got one of the scented chew toys. Our dogs liked it at first but lost interest very quickly. I had thought due to it being scented they would enjoy it more. But they didn’t seem to care about the scent. The material wasn’t very durable as I expected. My dog chewed the sides to the point of ripping small pieces off of it.

Initially we purchased a dog toy at Cabelas that our dog tore up in one hour. I immediately contacted Playology & 'Karen' replied to my email immediately. I sent photos & she offered a choice of replacements. I chose a ball with peanut butter scent & it was sent out ASAP. Our dog loves it. The quality is outstanding! The best part is the customer service though. I was treated with such kindness & helpfulness that I will search out Playology products in the future. Other companies should learn from Playology!

My husband and I purchased playologypets dri-tech-rope for our 1 year old GSP. Within 3 hours, she chewed the rope in half and destroyed it.

After paying $25 for a chew toy advertised to be good for tough chewers, this was an immense disappointment and a complete waste of money.



While I realize you cannot control what every dog does or how they interact with your products, I wanted you to be aware of our unhappiness with the product.

The customer service email does not work neither does the phone number. Frustrating as a customer

Our dog is a power chewer and broke his first toy because we purchased a toy built for a different type of chewer. I contacted Karen, and she helped send a toy more appropriate for our dog's chewing style! Our dog loves his new toy, and I am so grateful that this company truly cares about their customers!

I recently had an issue with a toy I purchased, my 13 month old pup literally destroyed in a matter of no time at all... I contacted customer service, and they were More than helpful and happy to replace the toy and send out another with it as well. I reached out to KONG with a similar issue and got absolutely nowhere with them!! It was at this point I realized I Playology will be my First Choice when it comes to toys for my pets!!

Our Rottweiler who's two and a half years old absolutely destroys every toy and loses interest quite quickly. We have three playology toys now and he absolutely love them. If you put one in his mouth you can cut his nails give him a bath or do whatever you want and as long as he has that ball or bone in his mouth he's happy. It's probably the best toy we've ever had. Yes they're expensive but well worth every dime.

Karen provided exceptional assistance when I reached out with concerns of the new bones I bought my three dogs. With prompt responsiveness, she swiftly offered to dispatch a higher durability toy for my pups. I will absolutely be purchasing from Playology again just due to the outstanding customer service. Karen was so helpful when my puppy chewed through what I thought was an indestructible bone. She responded immediately and offered to send me two new ones to replace the ones that were ruined. This company stands by their name and their customer service is top notch. Hard to find anymore. Highly recommend buying their products!!

I contacted customer service and Karen provided awesome customer support and addressed an issue with a product. She provided excellent communication and follow up. Karen explained the rating for their toys which is helpful if you have a tough chewer! I highly recommend Playology!

The customer service experience was amazing. I had a slight issue with my toy and I sent an email to the contact info on the back of the packaging. I sent in pictures and a description of what occurred with the toy. After speaking with one of the staff, they were able to send me a new toy that better suited my pup. Amazing company who truly cares about their customer. I have tried so many toys in the past and none of them have worked. I am so grateful for Playology and their amazing customer services

I initially had some reservations about purchasing a $20 ball for my dog from Playology due to my past experiences with other brands. I have struggled to find toys that can withstand my dog's love for squeaking them, as they usually get destroyed within a few minutes. However, Playology's high quality and sturdy construction justified the extra cost. Unfortunately, the squeaker in the ball was destroyed after only about three minutes of fetch play, which left me feeling disappointed and unimpressed with my purchase.

In light of this, I decided to reach out to Playology for guidance in selecting a better option for my dog and my budget. Fortunately, I had the pleasure of speaking with Karen, an employee, who was extremely helpful and provided exceptional customer service. Karen offered several suggestions for alternative toys that would better meet my needs, and she went above and beyond by sending us a new replacement toy. Furthermore, she generously allowed us to choose any product we wanted to try, in order to ensure our satisfaction.

I am incredibly grateful to Karen for her kindness, assistance, and generosity. Thanks to her, we now have a toy that is still intact and durable. If it hadn't been for her outstanding customer service, I might not have continued purchasing from Playology. This positive experience has shown me the value of persistence and the importance of giving a product a fair chance before giving up. Thank you, Karen

You couldn't ask for better service or more consideration. I wrote to say my dog didn't care about the chew toy I had purchased for him. The person I was dealing with asked questions about him and sent me pictures of possible toys of interest and then mailed me a replacement.We went back and forth several times. She couldn't have been more helpful.

Just bought one of the Playology Channel Chew Rings, for $18 and it lasted 10 minutes before my dog tore chunks out of it. This is absolutely unacceptable. The ring was intended for my 2 yr old American Bulldog to help with her separation anxiety when I leave the house. It literally didn’t even last 10min before I saw the pieces on the floor and had to take it away. Had I known these over priced products were so poorly made with cheap materials and not at all durable, I would have never bought this. And apparently $18 was on sale, so I can’t even get my money back! Funny, I purchased a Kong cube last year for $20, that is way thinner, and it still looks brand new to this day! Just wanted to get her something new to keep her attention, but I should have stuck with the brands that I know are good. My fault for believing that other companies actually still care about making good products!

I purchased a Playology round donut style toy and paid roughly $25 for it. After looking at different people experiences I decided for that price it has to be good.

I brought the toy home to my 16 month American Staffordshire Terrier and she had it in shreds and swallowing pieces within 4 minutes.

I had a great experience with Karen in customer care! After my dog destroyed two toys within minutes, I reached out expressing my disappointment since these toys are not inexpensive and are marketed as tough. Karen listened to my feedback and suggested that I try one of their higher ranked toys for my dog. She provided two recommendations, asked which flavor I wanted and sent me two brand new toys for free! It’s been a few months and my dog hasn’t made a dent in either but plays with them all the time. Thank you to Karen for working with me and restoring my faith in the company!

I have purchased 3 of these. Two of them from Amazon are red and they broke right away, the round squeaker dislodged and is now inside of the rubber ball (both of these are red). The one from Chewy is yellow and is scented and is still working (the squeaker partially dislodged so I used a small screwdriver and "pulled" the squeaker back into the correct place.

I contacted playologypets.com by sending them an email to the email address that was attached to the rubber ball's package back on 11/22/2022, then I send a 2nd email. They ignored both emails and now it is 02/19/2023 and they haven't gotten back to me yet.

We had decided to try one of there products after always using a Kong.
Unsure of what was best for us I got the wrong one and our dog destroyed it under 10 minutes.
As we all know any good toy isn't cheap ,but after consulting with Karen she made it right and now we are all happy again .
I would use this product again no problem 😊
