I had an issue with one of the playology balls I had purchased for my dog Phoenix. I contacted the Playology customer service and explained my situation. They took my claim seriously and were very professional and understanding to my case. They took the appropriate measures to address the problem and sent my dog Phoenix a small token for the inconvenience. My dog loves their toys so it's good to know they care about our animals safety and try to provide the best product they can. I highly recommend their toys but do be careful when giving your dog any new toy for the first while, or at least until your comfortable enough with its safety.

My dog loves her new toys. At first, I chose one that I thought she liked in the pet store, but when we got home, she wasn't into it. Playology is not joking, when you reach out, they make it right. And now my pup is obsessed.
excellent customer service
I purchased my first ever item from Playology for our 6th month old puppy. It only lasted a few hours before my puppy was destroying it. I emailed the company and they let me know that I probably should have purchased a level 5 toy for my puppy. They are mailing me a new Level 5 toy for replacement. We got our puppy the blue play rope and whatever was in it put our puppy in emergency vet room. After chewing on rope my puppy started drooling, diarrhea and throwing up all over place. An emergency vet visit after hours on weekend cost me 1k. I’ll never buy another on of their products again
great toys AND great customer service
It is baffling that the total score for Playology isn't 5.0. Even if you have a problem with the product you bought, a simple email to their customer service will fix any issue you have!
I bought two toys for my senior dog and he destroyed them very quickly, which has been a complaint by other reviewers, but I emailed Karen @ playology.com and she worked with me to get the chew toy that my dog really loves! She asked for more information about my dog and recommended a different product based on that. The fact that they go above and beyond for their customers is already worth 5 stars.
The other 5 star review comes from the fact that these are the only toys my dog has ever been interested in for more than a few minutes at at time. The built-in scent is amazing. I will be a customer for life.
Karen is absolutely fantastic
Karen is absolutely fantastic! She was so helpful in getting the toy we purchased for our pup replaced after the squeaker broke. She even went above and beyond to learn more about or pup to see what would be the best replacement for him. Karen super quick to respond and so friendly! One of the greatest experiences I have had with customer service!
Karen is the best!
I bought a playology dental chew toy for my dog based off a friend recommendation. I gave it a few weeks to let my dog get familiar with the toy, but the most she would do is sniff it from time to time. She didn’t show much interest in playing/chewing on it even when I tried to play with her. This was surprising since I’ve heard so many good things about this brand.
I emailed the address on the back of the packaging and was given very prompt responses with follow up questions to further assist me. The follow up questions were necessary since Karen wanted to correct the issue and suggest a more suitable playology toy. She could not have handled my situation any better - she was diligent, prompt, and overall just pleasant to discuss this matter with. She had two other toy recommendations and the different flavors available. She even offered to ship whichever toy I wanted free of charge. If it wasn’t for this experience I probably wouldn’t buy nor recommend this brand. Being able to get in touch with a responsive and helpful employee makes all the difference. My overall customer service experience with Karen was above and beyond PERFECT 11/10.

Great customer experience
We recently bought a couple toys for our 12 week old Goldendoodle. Unfortunately, she did not seem too interested in them. We were a bit bummed out as we had seen the toys promoted in a youtube channel we actively follow. Just for the sake of trying as we still had a bit of hope, we emailed Karen and she replied so promptly and coordinated things so that our puppy can have the chance to try new toys. Personally, I was not expecting such a great customer service. This really tells you they care about our loved pups and our experience as puppy parents!
Happiness Guarantee
I've purchased the wrong style of toy for my dog (she's a super-chewer and needs a level 5 toy and I purchased a level 3). I emailed their customer experience support, Karen, and she gladly helped me find a free replacement toy. She accidentally mailed me the wrong toy (mistakes happen) and my dog ended up LOVING it. I emailed her back to tell her (not at all expecting another replacement toy, just wanted to let her know just in case she switched an order by mistake), and she insisted on mailing me the toy on which we previous discussed, all without sending any toys back. She went beyond what she needed to do and was extremely helpful. She told me "Now she will have 2 new toys that she can play with!!". This is wonderful customer service. I will happily purchase more toys from them in the future.

I am very happy with my experience with Playology. I originally purchased the Dual Layer Bone for my pup and she didn't take interest in it unfortunately. Per the guarantee on the product packaging, I reached out to the company and they were able to send an alternate product, the dri-tech rope, which my pup absolutely loves! Karen in Customer Experience assisted me. She was fantastic to work with. She was positive, responsive and very helpful!
Tough chewer
I'm giving this a 5 star for the company and Karen in Customer Service. We purchased the cheddar ball for our mixed rescue. She loved it so much she had a huge hole in it within 10 minutes. Karen replaced it with the large dual ring which is holding up but is not her favorite. Would be great to have a tough ball.
Purchased a Dual layer Bone
Purchased a Dual layer Bone. Medium, #4 Heavy Chewers. My 34 lb mutt LOVED the taste, but completely destroyed it in 2 days. It only lasted that long because I took it away from her on the first day when it was only partially destroyed! As expensive as it was, I would have expected more durability.

Quality products that they back. Had an "over-chewer" that went through a product way too fast, so they offered something different & tougher at no charge and free shipping! Can't ask for more. Generally very durable products.
New favorite toy
The first one I bought was destroyed within a week, but after reaching out to the company they were happy to help me find the best toy for my dog and let me tell you, he LOVES this toy. It's his new favorite to chew, chase, and cuddle. Just make sure you get the right chew level and toy for your dog!
The chew rubber bone is not durable
The chew rubber bone is not durable at all. My 11 week old puppy has chewed it apart in about 10!minutes. It’s cute though and she liked it! I wouldn’t recommend for rough chewers.
Edit- the company was awesome and sent me a new bone in the mail right away. We got the ring, and my puppy is NOT chewing through it! So I’ve updated to 4 stars
