Great online shop and products and so easy to use the problem is the courier service GLS are rubbish don’t now why a good company like this would use them third time ordering and every time GLS has failed on the delivery the parcel turns up 3 to 4 days later and loads of excuses from there customer service

Excellent customer service.

I inadvertently ordered the same product twice. On returning I was refunded quickly. The service is excellent and delivery discreet and prompt. I would highly recomment shopping with PlayBlue.

Small hole, Cannot insert my dick

I bought this last week. Its girth is only less than 5 inches. My dick is 6 inches in circumference when erect. I am not able to use it and looks very tight. Today I dumped it into waste bin.

I feel you really seem to be stalking us now as this is your second negative review in 2 days. If you search the almost 1000 reviews we have you seem to be the outlier. I'm sure there are websites that will sell you second hand sex toys but it's not us sorry.

No delivery again..

Twice I have paid for next day delivery and once again no items arrived...
This time it said due to traffic delays to Carlow..
Well I went to Waterford VIA Kilkenny and back same day .... 4 hours?.. so please explain delays..

Hi first off if you paid shipping to someone please contact us as we didn't charge you shipping. Second I checked the order it was delayed by a day by GLS and checking they tell me they expect to deliver tomorrow. Apologises.
