Fantastic company!
Items were exactly as described, I ordered around 11am and items were shipped a few hours later! And arrived 2 days after that. Everything looks like great quality, really appreciated some items on the website had videos of the owner opening and displaying the items, describing/ measuring them etc. Was extremely useful to me making my selection!

There is a separate page you have to navigate to find additional conditions. These conditional are not told to you in while purchasing.
Customer service is also rude and unhelpful when you contact them about delivery issues.
Update: my order was handed off to someone other than me while I was out of the house.
When I checked the package, it had been partially opened

Sorry you weren't happy with our service. Unfortunately you ordered after our 4pm cutoff for next day delivery. You are right we do have a whole page dedicated to explaining how next day delivery works. There is a link to it on every single product page also at the bottom of every single page on the website including the cart and every checkout page.
I have reviewed the emails you exchanged with support and again I'm sorry your expectations of next day delivery exceeded ours. But I also checked and seen your order was delivered today at lunch time.
