With 20 years’ experience in estate agency and property development, I naturally thought long and hard about the cost/benefits of joining, and paying for, PPP; surely with my reasonably extensive knowledge base I could do it all myself?

Nevertheless I jumped in just 9 months ago and, whilst still relatively early days, so far, it has without question proved to be the right decision. Being part of the group, enjoying the support they provide you in a fairly complex arena, one with ever changing regulations, adds huge value. In addition to the ever willing, ever cheerful team supporting you at PPP, there is also huge value, both commercially and personally, from being part of such a large network of similarly minded franchise partners, sharing the same goals, only too pleased to provide the benefit of their experience whenever they can.

With such a breadth of interaction and expertise, there is no question that as part of PPP you progress far more quickly and far more effectively than you ever would without them, no matter what your level of experience. The benefits have very comfortably outweighed the costs.

As a new franchise partner my experience is limited to just 4-months. I am due to complete my first property in June. I cannot praise the PPP team enough. PPP lives up to the sales messages. Yes you need to put some effort in and the entry costs are significant, but fundamentally the model and the company deliver as promised. If you have the resources and the commitment then you should succeed and probably beat the projections that you will develop together with the PPP team. Very supportive and a great community of other members beyond the core PPP team (who are also great). Their values are one of the best things about them and I would strongly recommend the organisation.

A great company that helps you build a sustainable and profitable property business very quickly, with a big reduction of the risks involved. The model is very flexible and allows you to be as hands on or off as you like, and at the end of it all you own assets that are appreciating in value as well as generating income.
