Avoid like the plague!
This place is like something from a horror movie.
Do yourself a favour and pay the extra for legitimate airport parking.
You have been warned!!

High parking fees and they charge an additional 6 pounds per person on drop off and pick up. It only costs 6 pounds per car to get in and out. Fly as anything. Will never be using this parking again.

I am disappointed with the parking, the staff speaks very little English. The bus that I rode with my family is total junk! The door did not close properly, in addition, the driver dropped us off in the middle of the road to avoid tolling the barrier. When we got back the driver was waiting in the parking lot for another taxi to leave and was holding onto his bumper to avoid the toll. We were appalled by their lack of professionalism. Of course we had to pay £6 for the ride there and back. I am disappointed and disgusted with their approach. I will never choose their parking lot again. P.S. They disconnected the dash cam in my car.

Avoid this company at all costs. Car park is extremely poor. Initially when dropping the car the phone number was going straight to voicemail. On return, despite phoning several times and being told they would take 25 minutes to collect us, we waited over 1 hour in the pouring rain. They also charge you an extra £6 EACH WAY to be dropped off and collected from the airport. When we arrived back to car park the queue of people waiting to go to the airport was very long and only 1 van to transport. People were worried they would miss their flight and booking normal taxis to collect them. Will never use again!!!

Absolutly disgusting .
Parking near Manchester Airport is an absolute tip . Damage to my vehicle exhaust system on uneven ground . Multiple scratches to paint work .
When we arrived back in the Terminal we called as instructed but were ignored for the first 2 hours . When we eventualy got through they took another 90 minutes to pick us up .
People in the office ( an old disgusting caravan , filthy outside areas ) , were extremly rude and racist .
Very unhappy with service . Do not use , ever !

If this is Platinum Car Park Ltd (Heathrow Meet & Greet) BEWARE! Used their Meet & Greet service and found that they had illegally used my vehicle whilst we were out of the country doing drop offs to Heathrow terminals. During the period my vehicle should have been in a secure car park they incurred a parking fine. Have been completely unresponsive in responding to both the complaint or fine resolution. Shocking on all counts.
Adding to this review 2 weeks later as have now received a Notice of Intended Prosecution due to them doing a runner from the petrol station on the way to Terminal 5 to pick us up! Absolutely disgraceful.

They are scam people pleased don't use when I booked my parking with Platinum car park they took my car from me and park my car at street and during my returned time the number which they given wasn't exist and the person who collected the car from me he said his duty is finished and he given another persons number he then start swearing me and said I don't have your key they keep on giving me 8 different people number all are seems like a scam group.I luckily fitted a GPS Tracker in my car and after three and half hours waiting I decided to go and pick my car from the parking. I picked a taxi from airport and pick my car with spare key with police advice.They still got my original key with them. They even not answering their phone.I contacted Easybook and they said they are not dealing with the company any more, I booked my parking through them and they haven't take any responsibility.. Scam people..
My gentile remainder to people please don't go through the compare booking website, do it directly with legit company.

This was the worst meet & greet EVER. Drove 144 miles in my car in 5 days. 3 hr wait to get car back alongside another family in same position. I would NEVER use them again. My car was returned with the door, wing & bumper scratched & bumper had a huge dent. £1,700 damage!! Do not use Platinum Car Parking!! They wont answer my calls now & left the car on another car park level to where we were & disappeared leaving key for us but no one to talk to about damage. This company should not be allowed to operate! I cant stress enough - dont be a victim like me. The police have been advised.

I am truly shocked after using this service and it certainly not a meet and greet to make your life easier. Waited 40 minutes on arrival for a driver to collect our car and over an hour once we landed (outside of your T&C’s) and the number in my email was not working on landing back so had to make many enquiries to get a new number. We were told various things like I have put the wrong flight number (I had not) and that I should be charged as our flight back was delayed. Even though it states you are used to dealing with this online. To add insult to the sorry situation my car was dumped on level 3 with the key on the back tyre, it should have been handed over to me on level 4. They had also used over 100 miles of my petrol and wiped all of my seat and car setting for blue tooth for phones / radio favourites / navigation info.

I will be taking this matter further and expect some answers to explain my a large amount of fuel was missing and all of my settings wiped.

D0 NOT USE. Got a call from a different number before we even set off to agree pick-up time. We also called the 'company' (also a mobile) when we were 25 minutes out to confirm on time. Guess what. No one there. Lots of lame excuses, 'stuck in traffic', 'he's in the lift now'. Someone eventually turned up 45 minutes late. Not in uniform and no apparent confirmation of our booking. He started taking photos of our car, so I took a photo of him. He became agitated by this and eventually threw the key at me and ran off. Looking at last few reviews, glad he did although we had to fork out for parking by a legit company.

Avoid at all costs, don’t go near these crooks, done 90 miles in my car, we’re 45 minutes late when we got to Heathrow. Stay clear you have been warned

Appalling!!
Stole both wing mirrors from the car, ripped out the stereo and stole pipes and parts from the engine! Disgusting.
Police are now involved and trading standards have been informed.
I intend to take them to Court.

Damaged our car significantly and have refused liability. I will be advising people of our experience on various platforms.

Great service, driver was on time for both departure and arrival, my car was also cleaned for free by the company which was a bonus 😁

Customer service was 10/10 my flight was delayed by an hour and they were very responsive when it came to updating them and letting them know i would be late. My car was delivered on time and the service was great.

good company, and convenient as they operate 24 hours, had a small delay but spoke to the driver and got it sorted.
