It was a little different than what I hoped, especially for what I was using it for, but I made it work and sign up went smooth! I recommend this for your next event or party to keep things organized.

This is very easy to use once you get the grasp of it.

The confusion over the switch between 1.0 and 2.0 has been a mess. Now I'm not allowed to use 2.0 until I pay again, even though I have an active membership.

We are a non-profit that relies very heavily on help from our volunteers. PlanHero is the only program that we have found, for such a reasonable cost, which allows us to recruit volunteers effectively.
We have used PlanHero for many events and could not be happier with the program.
The customer support is un-paralled and you can expect personal attention and thorough assistance, on the rare occasion when it's needed. PlanHero is so easy to use and very customizable. We highly recommend PlanHero, not only for the program itself, but for the personal service.

This is my first time using the app and it seems to meet all of my needs perfectly.

Easy to set up. Easy to collect sign ups for events.

I would like to see individual email information on my list. I couldn't figure out how to do that so I had to back fill that information into the comments after my participants had signed up for their slots. It made the experience a little cumbersome.

So happy to have found PlanHero. It was exactly what we needed for a prayer chain. The interface was very intuitive, both to create the event and also for people to sign up. Loved the ability to easily create a new event and re-invite all the same contacts with two clicks. Easier and "cleaner" than some competitive products. Would highly recommend to others.

Extremely easy to use and get it sent out to people. Love it and will use it again! And recommend it.

Our event launched yesterday and we are already receiving sign-ups for tasks. So far, I've found this tool to be intuitive and very easy to use. I am curious to see how easy it is to generate reports from the app.

I have not used this before and it sure is an improved way of doing things over paper and pencil!

Easy to set up and for anyone to use. I appreciate that there are no advertisements or other junk - it is just the event and sign up. We have used other platforms and they don’t even compare to how amazing PlanHero is!

I tried out other sign-up sites but they were so complicated, messy, and didn’t have exactly what I was looking for. I came across plan hero by accident, thought I’d give it a try, and I was so happy with how easy and smooth everything was!

Love the app and the customer service is excellent! Immediate response WITH videos to my questions. The app is super easy to use and people signing up love it, as well!

Everything runs very cleanly, intuitively, and smoothly. The graphics and interface are elegant and simple. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that I always believe there is some room for improvement.

It was easy to setup sign up lists and I love the flexibility. My guests were able to sign up quickly without creating any account. The layout of lists was straightforward and easy to read. I would use this again in the future.
