Sent me some ripped and obviously pre-worn gear. To the point where I could see someone else’s skin flakes already on the silicone grips and the armor fabric had a tear in it. Not stoked. Dealing with an exchange now, and will update review accordingly. So far, meh.

I've been seeking a replacement for Bike Nashbar where I bought so many things in the past. A friend is a regular customer for Planet Cyclery so I gave it a try. Good genuine Mavic products at a good sale price. I just bought a Mavic jersey and jacket that I really did not need but wanted. I have the same jacket in black and been wanting the blue, but the price was always 20 more. Once the price finally came down a bit I decided to get it. Now I can match my kits better. The jersey is a different material from my Greg Lemond, but a quality product nonetheless. I am very happy with my purchase and overall experience with PC. Thank you

The bike arrived on time and was easy to put together. All seemed to be going well until we tried the brakes. They did not work despite troubleshooting. I reached out to customer service multiple times without a response. Unfortunately, our only option is to bring it to a bike shop. I understand things like this may happen, but that does not excuse Planet Cyclerys lack of response/communication which is necessary when purchasing an expensive item online.
