Great Custom Art Marketplace

Easy to navigate website, very competitive pricing, excellent inventory/selection and fast shipping/well-packaged delivery boxes. Would highly recommend ordering custom art from this company!

Highly recommended!

Pixels.com did an amazing job on my order of a Metallica painting image on a card which I used as a birthday card to gift my son Metaica convert tickets for his birthday. The quality of the entire project was excellent to include the personalized message inside the card. I advertise happy with this entire transaction!

Earning money for sales of photography…

Earning money for sales of photography on Pixels is very minimal. Whe I first became a member 12 years ago I did very well. But my sales have diminished year by year. Way too many images for sale and your work gets lost in a pool of millions upon millions of other photos. They try to tell you that you have to market yourself which is just a ploy to try to appease you.

Horrible Customer Service

Ordered two items on two different dates. Received no order confirmation or tracking info. Items never delivered. Contacted seller via e-mail on numerous occasions reference refund. No response. One successful phone call. Customer service agent did not follow through on refund. Just rec'd credit card statement with charge for items. No credit on statement.

Thank goodness for PayPal!!

Ordered a custom shirt on Dec 14 and never got a confirmation email. I emailed asking if it’s been shipped and no answer. I sent two support tickets and neither was answered. I don’t know why they won’t respond to me…they’ve sent several ad emails about their site but nothing about my order or questions. PayPal gave me a refund.

Pixels did a great job with my order

Pixels did a great job with my order. It was done quickly, professionally and they kept me updated every step of the way. Provided me with a tracking number when it was on it's way so I could keep tabs on when it would get here. Had no problems at all and my order was received within 7-10 days of my purchasing it.

I am extremely disappointed in customer service. I sent two contact us messages thru the website with photos on 12/20 and 12/27/24 and left three telephone messages on the toll-free number on 12/26, 12/27/24 and 1/7/25. I even replied to a Support Ticket Created e-mail on 12/27 with photos again. I never received a reply or retuned call. The response statement within two hours is untrue.

I purchased the referenced item on 11/29/24 and after unpacking the artwork to be mounted a few weeks later, where I discovered specs on the image as I have noted in each of my communications. I was hoping to exchange or possible return and purchase another artwork. The return policy notes that if item has quality issue, then shipping is reimbursed or possibly not charged. Since I never received a reply or retuned call, I did want to return and pay shipping without acknowledging quality issue. Also, the return policy states returns must arrive within 30 calendar days or order which I would not achieve due to lack of response.

I don’t understand the 100% money-back guarantee if you do not respond to customers.

I would not recombed Pixels.com!

Great last minute customer service

I asked customer service if I could change the shipping address after I had already placed the order. They were able to do so and I'm so appreciative!!! Thank you!!

The puzzle printed from Finnish artist Niina Niskanen's "Forest Dance" is gorgeous according to the recipient.
