The helpdesk entirely ignored my issue with account registration—it wouldn’t accept my phone number when i try register account. Honestly, that tells you everything you need to know about their “professionalism.” It’s already been a month since I was told they usually reply within a few hours.

Don't know how they managed it.
Seems like a criminal act.
They somehow managed to cash a cheque for my wife from UK tax as a nominated company.
She has no idea who they are.
Seems they are contacting tax people and managing to convince them that they should get her tax refund.

I originally went in with a broken macbook screen. 1 week later and over 500 dollars lighter it was fixed... or so i thought. The team had obviously used faulty equipment or constructed it poorly or maybe both as now there was significant light bleeding around the screen. I returned it and asked them to do it again as this was unnaccptable for the price i paid. They did it offered me no partial refund and I returned home. As I opened my macbook not only was thier still light bleeding but now the macbook screen senor that detetcts when the screen is closed was broken. I explained the sitution to the them and they tested it and found out that equipment they use is faulty as my screen was missing a crucial piece. They gave me the option of a full refund but only if they reattached my broken macbook screen making my laptop useless which I couldn't afford as a student or a partial refund and a promise that they will put in an order for this piece and put it in free of charge when it arrives. Reluctantly I agreed still having hope that they would fix my macbook. Over a year passed and finally they told me that they can't get this extra piece and to basically give up on calling and emailing us asking for updates. Please do not get macbooks fixed with these people they are incompetent and clearly use cheap counterfeit machinery. My macbook battery life has been wrecked because of this nuisance. They may be good for small fixes like phone screens but anything substantial please avoid this place.

We love our Pixel image and we intend to get more for our home. We love the design options available whether that's a portrait or landscape image for the same image and a variety of framing options available. We were able to pick and chose what fit our decor. The shipping box was well designed so that the picture arrived without any problems. We highly recommend them when you want unique images for your home and we'll be back to get more.

Pixels has a nice selection of artist work and the print quality is generally good. However, as a long-time Premium member, I’ve experienced persistent technical issues with my account, including artworks not displaying correctly after edits, frozen recent visit stats, and inconsistent thumbnail/banner updates.
Tech Support responses are slow or not-at-all. The problems continue despite multiple tickets. Other artists’ accounts seem to update normally.
The platform has potential, but these ongoing visibility and display glitches make it frustrating for serious artists trying to present and sell their work.
I hope the team can address these backend issues soon.

The quality and imagination of the artwork is excellent.
Tracking updates would be helpful, especially since it was a gift. Follow-up was easy, accurate and timely.

Buenas , he comprado un pixel 10 y a los 3 meses está dando fallos la mitad de la pantalla en negro cuando le da la gana y Google pasa del tema. Tuve un pixel 7 y me lo tuvieron que cambiar 3 veces durante la garantía. Dan muchos fallos y el servicio técnico es miserable, así de claro , buenas palabras y no hacen nada.

A massive selection of items, with incredible artwork of all styles to suit anyone’s taste - from beautiful, to sublime, to fun. High quality, good communication and decently fast, safe delivery. Have returned to order a number of times, will certainly do so again.

First, I ordered from here because they were offering a 20% discount. As I was checking out, I made sure that it showed the discount. However, when I received the receipt, the discount was not applied. They said they were going to refund me the 20%. That was 7 days ago. Still doesn't even show up as "pending."

Received puzzle. Opened it up and started putting it together. The quality is horrible. MANY pieces are coming away from the cardboard. I would send it back; however, then I will be out shipping, also. From the other reviews I've read, lots of people complain about the quality. It's really too bad because it is a cute puzzle. We will put together, complain about hte pieces the whole time and then pitch it!

WARNING: It's a scam!

I recently placed an order for an art phone case (clown/jester design) and paid 25 EUR. The moment they took my money, all communication stopped. I never received a single order confirmation email, a receipt, or any information whatsoever regarding the delivery time.

I reached out to their customer service to find out what was going on, but they have been completely ignoring my messages for over two days now. I also tried calling them, but it is absolutely impossible to get through. It seems their phone line is just for show.

This business operates with zero transparency and zero customer care. They simply take your money and disappear into thin air. Do not make the same mistake I did. Keep your money safe and avoid buying anything from this website at all costs!

Ordering and paying online was easy. The product options were far more than what are offered by other companies I've ordered from. I've placed a few orders with this company and have always been pleased by the quality of their work. This time I ordered I got my item sent within days, far faster than I anticipated. The merchandise is 5star, once I received it. My only complaint is the colour of the T shirt wasn’t available and they did not notify me. A few weeks went by before I checked on the order to find out about the delay. Changing colour, the order arrived in a timely fashion. I feel that someone should have made me aware of the problem.
