Pique Tea Omdömen 

I have posted about my frustration with Pipi tea. After two trust pilot reviews, d literally months of time asking for a refund, Pipi tea has finally refunded my money. While I appreciate this mater is now closed, the experience has tainted my opinion of the company. The tea is flavorful and I enjoy it, I do not think the tea is worth having to go through both the expense difficulty in stopping a subscription. The company will need to improve customer understanding, communication and experience on the front end if they want 5 stars. Again, I was able to get my money returned with much effort.

What is this? powdered gold? Why does it cost so much? Also, I don't recall signing up for subscription and yet they did charge me for one. I reached out and did get a response. Not a good way to keep customers. Very seedy. I liked the product, but way too pricey for what it is.

I tried their product. I want to cancel my subscription. That is not an option on their website. I’ve sent them multiple emails requesting cancellation. They do not respond and keep shipping unwanted product and charging my account. I am demanding a refund of $214. For the last two shipments as they have ignored my requests sent to the email address on their website. this is a horrific company, please help

This company that sells Pipi Tea is unscrupulous. They will trick you into a subscription and never let you cancel. They are thieves. Do not buy Pipi Tea, you will regret it. SCAMMERS.

The order I placed was lost and could not be delivered. Due to their customer service, I said I did not want a replacement but a refund. They said they would process a refund and send a replacement that I would not be charged for. They then charged me for it, I disputed it with my bank, then Pique said they sent a replacement that I did receive so they would not refund me

Not only do their teas and electrolytes taste great, but they have some of the best customer service around!! Their return policy is top notch and they stand by it. Changing subscriptions was a little tricky at first, but made sense once I figured it out. They’re also happy to modify orders for you. Some of my favorites are the Sun Goddess Matcha, the BT Fountain Electrolytes, Hibiscus Calm tea, Ginger Digestion Elixir, and Pu’er Green Tea. I’m really happy I decided to give this company a try!

Love the flavors. Have been drinking their tea for over a year, very high quality.

The best tea in price, product quality and I really enjoy their customer service.
