Therapy services were discontinued abruptly, and despite full payment and repeated follow-ups, the refund has not been processed. Assurance was given that the issue would be resolved within a week, but the commitment was not honored.
Lack of accountability, poor communication, and disregard for parents and children make this highly disappointing. Strongly recommend caution before enrolling

My son Aayush has been coming to Pinnacle from October of this year for behavioral issues. It’s been a month and we are seeing improvements every day. The therapy at Pinnacle unlike other places is from Mondays through Saturdays. This I feel is pretty beneficial for kids who are hyperactive as the sessions help them get calmer soon.
My son has a long way to go but my family has faith in Pinnacle for his full recovery.
I have been using Pinnacle Services for nearly two years, and I have found them to be highly skilled in addressing the unique needs of children. Rasool is excellent with administrative tasks and always provides the necessary support to parents. Vijay Sir, Ravi Sir, and Rakesh Sir are experts in their respective fields. They create personalized activity plans and development goals for each student to meet their individual needs. Overall, Pinnacle is an outstanding place for children with autism or those requiring specialized support in areas such as behavioral therapy or speech development.
