had a very disappointing experience working with this organization. Salary payments were frequently delayed, and when we sought clarification, there was often no proper response. rules seemed to change every month without clear communication.

Salary disbursement appeared to depend on the branch’s business performance, which created uncertainty for employees. There were strict deductions for minor issues such as arriving five minutes late or biometric attendance errors, even when the issue was not within the employee’s control.

Additionally, there seemed to be a lack of qualified therapists, particularly in the speech therapy department. Another concerning issue was that when employees left the organization, the company reportedly mentioned “breach of trust” in public platforms such as Google reviews.

Their Delhi branch is so poor. There is no therapist available which required. There is no staff to communicate on call or WhatsApp. Very bad experience I got stuck by purchasing their credit.

Pinnacle bloom Attapur is an Excellent place! Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Great service.

Starting 3 months therapist are good and our child ( Syed Hassun) improved but after that therapist are not giving classes saying the reason they are not receiving salaries but I had taken 12 credits and now my child again stay behind in improving, therapist are coming to centre and after biometric they are closing the centre without any information and customer care also saying due financial crisis they unable to pay salaries for therapist
In all this scenario our child get affected
And when I go to police station admin is not responding on calls and no one is taking responsibility to raise a complaint
I had all the call recording and proofs to verify above information

Therapy services were discontinued abruptly, and despite full payment and repeated follow-ups, the refund has not been processed. Assurance was given that the issue would be resolved within a week, but the commitment was not honored.

Lack of accountability, poor communication, and disregard for parents and children make this highly disappointing. Strongly recommend caution before enrolling

Unavailability of management when required to customer. We are taking therapy since 2years in hayathnagar branch for our kid.suddenly they have closed that branch without prior information (just one day after our payment to continue further classes). They intentionally hide the information about closing the branch until our payment has completed. They didn't return our money and asked to continue in another branch which is approximately 7 km away to hayathnagar branch. We asked to return our money we don't want to continue on that changed branch. From that day they are not responding properly and they haven't given any clarity about our money. When call to customer care number, they didn't even tell us main branch address to approach. They intentionally ignore our request . Not responding properly since one month.

Based on my experience, enrolling my child in Pinnacle was a poor decision. I did not see genuine effort, professional guidance, or meaningful progress during the sessions. The feedback felt repetitive, and the overall environment did not seem focused on the child’s real development. This is my honest experience for other parents to consider.

The speech therapy sessions were disappointing, and I often felt the therapist was not truly engaged. I was repeatedly asked about my concerns, and whenever I shared suggestions, it turned into arguments instead of helpful discussions. Before payment, the staff behaved very politely, but after the fees were paid, their approach changed completely. I also felt the coordination and communication with parents were not respectful or supportive.

I have seen team,working so hard..Kudos for handling such different kids with different problems, tackling dem everyday is not easy.. understanding every child and accepting dem and making dem comfortable, all u can get in Pinnacle for sure.. everyone here start der day wid a gud spirit.. dats a v.gud thing in them.. gud job team Pinnacle..

All the therapists worked really hard in my child’s case. Especially the behaviour therapist Mr. Suresh Thumati.
My child used to always look forward for his session. He had many good ideas in moulding a child.

We came here for speech therapy since past 6 months for my son.He had a lot of improvement in speech nd understanding the instructions given to him.Sridhar sir is giving the speech therpy sessions.My son is gradually developing his speech and understanding skills and the therapists are also soo good and taking care of children.

We are taking therapies from pinnacles for my son and so far we had a good experience and had seen improvement especially in his understanding levels ,command following . Now a days he is able to write alphabets with little prompt which we are very happy about under the guidance of Sailaja mam (special educator).

Hi !! I am kiran, Mother of 3 years old Roohi. Roohi was 2years and 5 months old, One day, while scrolling through an Instagram reel, we came across information about how excessive screen exposure can affect children — and the symptoms described matched Roohi exactly. She had no sitting tolerance, wouldn’t respond to her name, and had noticeable speech delays. If we took away the mobile phone or turned off the TV, she would cry and scream uncontrollably. Disappointing Experience at Pinnacle Blooms Network, Pm palem

We had enrolled our child at Pinnacle Blooms Network in Chandanagar with the hope of receiving structured, effective therapy for developmental concerns. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected, especially considering their claim of being the "#1 Autism Therapy Centre."

The primary issue was the lack of professionalism and organization. There was poor communication between staff and parents, and it was often difficult to get proper feedback or progress updates. Schedules were frequently changed without notice, and there seemed to be a high turnover of therapists, which affected our child’s comfort and continuity in therapy.

Despite some sincere efforts from individual therapists, the overall management felt disorganized and profit-driven, rather than child-focused. We often felt like we were left in the dark regarding therapy goals, session outcomes, or any structured plan for our child's development.

Parents invest not just time and money, but emotional trust in these centers, and sadly, Pinnacle Blooms pm palem did not live up to the responsibility. We are now seeking alternative centers that offer more transparency, consistency, and individualized care.
