We bought our house in April of 2024 from Lennar, in Ft. Myers, Florida. It came with a pool built by Pinnacle Pools, 5909 Shirley St. Naples, Fl. 34109-1885. 239-724-3443. We have had nothing but problems with this pool since it was installed. It now has a leak. I have been putting quite a bit of water in it daily, which is an expense and daily frustration that I now have to deal with, as they will not come to do the warranty work. We have had several appointments, but they never show up. No call to reschedule, they just don't show up! I have called numerous times, but they just put it in voicemail and no one calls back. This has now been going on for a month! I would highly recommend you do not do any business with Pinnacle Pools. They have given me nothing but headaches. My weekly pool service person goes above and beyond to try to help us with all the problems, but their hands are tied as it is a warranty issue. Pinnacle loves to build the pools, but once they get paid, and the job is done, they do not come back for warranty issues. I am not alone, a few people in my neighborhood are having the same issues, and we can all agree, they do not show up and leave us hanging! I wish I could leave them 0 stars but I had to leave 1 star!

We were very dissatisfied with Terry in both in quality of work and in his professionalism. The straw that broke the camel's back was when he threatened to "friendly" wrestle because I questioned the large gaps and overlaps on the artificial grass seams. Well, I suppose that happens when he uses scissors to cut the seams (evidenced with non-straight cuts on underside of artificial grass). In the end, the police had to be called to escort Terry from our premises after the threat.

I do not want others to go through the same experience that we went through. Do your research and contact the California State License Board to see how many complaints have been filed against Pinnacle. Also search on California Superior Court Case No 22CV1203, where Pinnacle lost.
