return policy is ridiculous
I have had the bag about a month and it's falling apart on the inside. When I reached out, they did respond quickly but basically said sorry not sorry that your bag is damaged and that they have a one month return policy and I was outside that month for return. No offer of a partial refund, future discount, or exchange. Just a sucks for you email. It's beautiful but it's way too expensive to not handle the day to day wear and tear.
I wouldn't do it if I could do it over again!
I just bought the Hazel bag after weeks and weeks of searching for a laptop backpack. I ordered several from different sites but nothing was right. I finally pulled the plugged and bought from Pink Cove, despite the extra cost. While the measurements provided in the description and the fact that it mentions the padded section with the word "laptop" in the description, a standard size laptop does not fit in this bag. I had to wait an unusually long time for the bag to arrive and was actually provided a couple different delivery dates before it finallyarrived. My laptop wasn't at home when it was delivered but I was so excited about the bag that I immediately unpacked it and took the ONE and only tag off the bag. I brought my laptop home the following day to find that it didn't fit in the Hazel bag. The laptop was too big. When I tried to send the bag back, I was told because I removed the tag, they would not accept the return. I had all the original packaging, the bag it came, the box it came in, and it had never been used. But that doesn't matter. Because I removed the tag, they won't take it back. I'm EXTREMELY disappointed with this company not only because of the fact they won't return the bag but also because of the length of time it took to arrive and the inaccurate description of the bag. I don't think they realize someone could still use the bag even with the tag on but because I removed the tag but never actually used it, they won't accept it. I wouldn't suggest purchasing from them. They aren't customer oriented.
Zippers on purses stink
Love their swimsuits pieces!! But the purses aesthetic another story!! More then one broken zipper on one purse

Their clothing is not of any quality you, luckily I went to their $1.00 sale where everything was a dollar and yup all of the bikini bottoms and tops belonged in a dollar store Allright. Be weary of this business as they encourage their friends and family to leave reviews.
They have a business but it's super tiny place be aware of any business where they sell a surplus of goods out of a super teeny space.
This site is a fraud
This site is a fraud. I ordered a handheld laser ingraver .whitch is not even on the market .i received a handheld ingraver all right, a cheep battery operated ingraver worth 9,00$ . You can't reech them. No customer service. I lost 60$ and no way to get a refund . Watch out other buyers.

Absolutely awful, sent me the wrong item, which was disappointing in itself, sent them an email to see how this could be rectified, did not receive a response, sent a further two emails, still no response. Now I have spent money on a top I did not even want and no way to contact them other than email, which they ignore! Would NOT recommend!
Very disappointed
I have ordered many times before and never had any issues. Now, I ordered on November 27th, the tracking shows it shipped out Dec 1st, then nothing. They don't respond to any of form of communication: Twitter, contact form or direct email. I don't know what more to do. The items were not expensive, but they were supposed to be Christmas presents. Extremely disappointed.

Ordered from the app, quick and simple. Order arrived to Ireland within a week which was amazing given the state of the postal service in December.
Products are beautiful, ordered different bits for my mother for Christmas as she constantly asks where did I get this, I love that etc. So I’d say she’ll only be delighted to have her own beautiful jumpers and cardigans now. Recommend PinkClove 100%.
Refund
Ordered a coat but unfortunately didn’t fit, I sent the parcel back through toyou in Asda on the 12th and it reached pink clove on the 16th according to toyou, but no emails from pink clove so far i am very upset as it was a Christmas present I can not going to be able to replace ahead of Christmas now, I have tried to contact pink clove on many social media sites and have got no response, I even tried two times through there website. I am very upset with the service I have received. I could also mention that the size I brought was way to small for it to be that size as I have no trouble else where buying this size.

The one star is only to be able to post the review...worst experience ever. Ordered something on the 2 Nov and returned it on the 6 Nov, as the item was not what i was expecting. No refund until today and so many emails and Contact Us forms filled in and sent with no response! I would definitely not recommend this website and will never use it again! AVOID!!!!!!!
NO refund for returned items - NOT replying to emails!
I don't know how you get away with running a company this way! 😡 I have honestly never been treated this badly by any company I have ever ordered with.
My items were returned for a refund and you received them back on 24th October. I sent Royal Mail proof of delivery to your customer service team through Facebook and I was told a refund would be issued. It wasn't so I contacted you again and was told it would be issued that day - that was a WEEK ago.
I am STILL waiting for my refund 23 DAYS after you got the items back which is already over the times given on your website which states 7-14 days for a refund.
No one is replying to my messages or comments on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter chasing this up so I have been forced into reporting you as fraud with my bank as you are withholding my money.
I have also contacted Citizens Advice Bureau and Resolver to get advice on how to take this issue further as I don't think you should be allowed to continue treating customers this way.
** UPDATE **
They have finally replied by email and said they will issue the refund today - we'll see!
They are blaming it on Covid but they have enough staff to send orders and enough staff to post offers and content on social media every day so if they don't have enough staff to issue refunds or answer customer enquiries then they shouldn't be taking orders. It's no excuse.

I ordered a few things on Septermber 24, haven’t received anything so far (November 5) my profile says „no previous orders“ but i already paid via paypal and i got the confirmation, i text them for 10 days on Instagram and on their Email and I didnt even got a reply!!!!! i orderd for 150€!!!!!!

I would never buy from these again, I sent two coats back as sizing was wrong and bad fit and I have proof of receipt and have sent this several times with no refund yet and it’s now been two months, I have proof it’s been returned but they tell me they don’t have a return number of what I’ve sent even though I’ve sent the proof. I am fuming totally fuming at this and don’t know what to do.

I’m shocked by the reviews I’m reading on here, what is going on with Pink Clove? Like many of the reviews I am also waiting on a refund for 3 outfits I returned on the 3rd September! I have sent emails and I have messaged using the company Website ‘Contact Us’ section. I have not received a reply to none of my messages. I thought it was the fault of the post office and although the tracking number showed the item was delivered I believed the parcel had gone astray but now I see, reading the reviews, that I am not alone.
I have ordered from Pink Clove a few timeS over the past few years and I have never had a problem. I’m starting to think the company is in financial trouble, possibly on the brink of bankruptcy and is therefore doing this deliberately.
They are not engaging with me at all. There is no telephone number so all I can do is email and send messages on the site. This company is a disgrace and they cannot get away with robbing consumers out of our hard earned cash!!

Worst buying experience I've ever had. I've contacted citizen advice with aim to get some investigation started as this can't be allowed to continue. Please everyone do the same and stop this sham company taking everyone's money.
