This site offers a fantastic assortment of classes and varying durations that I thoroughly enjoy. I've participated in sessions from each of the three skill levels, and they've all been excellent. Emma provides clear, easy-to-follow guidance with well-demonstrated instructions. I would strongly recommend it.

The Lovely Emma puts you at ease immediately. Lovely class and really helped my back and core which i was having trouble with. Cant wait for next weeks class.

I’ve been going to Emma’s live classes for 5 years and love them. So to now have them online is fab, I love the feeling of knowing every muscle has been used. The fact that you can do the classes whenever you want, like doing them on holiday is fantastic…… thoroughly recommend!! The site is so easy to use and you can see the length of the videos which is so helpful and choose what level you are in the mood for trying out.

Love the variety of different classes and class lengths on this site. I’ve tried classes from all three ability levels and they were all great. Emma’s instructions are easy to follow and clearly demonstrated. Would highly recommend.

Emma is amazing! i’ve always done pilates of some description over the years, but Emma’s classes have by far been the best i’ve taken part in.. her on demand session are brilliant! a great variety of sessions to choose from which i love and with the use of some apparatus if you choose.
i can do as much or as little as i choose knowing i’m getting a good class with explanations throughout!
All my little aches and pains have disappeared too which is a bonus!

Emma’s pilates class are great! They are varied each time and works all areas of your body in each class. I started using Emma during lockdown and so pleased she has kept classes on line as well as in person as it gives you more flexibility to keep your exercise going. Her new on Demand pilates is great too for those that can’t make the live classes! I can’t recommend her enough. She has a calm manner and runs through each exercise thoroughly, giving you options all the way. Especially for me with arthritis in one hand. Thanks Emma for keeping us sane during lockdown! Xxx

Emma's classes are just fab, I have attended her classes in her studio, she kept us going during lockdown always with a smile and now I'm using her On Demand classes which are great as you can pick any time of the day and duration to fit . Emma is very personable and is always on hand to answer any questions I may have. She has a very calming manner and explains all the movements so clearly during her classes. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for top class pilates instructor.

Emma@Pilatesfactory ensures exercises are tailor-made to individual abilities even in a group lesson. The attention to client assurance and her dedication to Pilates itself makes it a very rewarding and unique experience in each and every session.

I have attended Emma's pilates classes for a number of years now. I suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis and I have found that regular classes make a huge difference to my mobility, flexibility and strength and something that I can continue to do as the years pass without pounding my body. Emma has an extremely approachable an understanding manner as a teacher and welcomes everyone with real enthusiasm.

I have attended Emma’s classes for the past 5 years, she is an amazing Pilates teacher. There are various levels offered for all exercises which make the classes suitable for beginners through to advanced. Emma always checks our positions to make sure we are doing things correctly.

I had never tried Pilates before but I had the opportunity to join Emma’s online classes.  It was brilliant.  She is so clear in her instruction but adapts the exercises to suit all abilities.  Emma knows everyone that attends so she is able to help with any individual concerns.  Her classes are professional and friendly.  My balance and posture have improved greatly from her classes and I would highly recommend Emma’s Pilates to anyone that has either done Pilates before or is a complete beginner.

I love Pilates Factory! After attending Emma’s classes for years my working hours changed and I was no longer able to attend in person. Luckily for me that coincided with Emma launching her “on demand” classes via her Pilates Factory website. So now I attend Emma’s classes in the comfort of my own home! The online classes are fabulous!! Immaculately presented with clear instruction and guidance. There is a great mix of classes for different abilities. I love that there are some shorter 20 minute HIT classes for when time is tight versus hour long classes for when you are looking to relax and wind down. Emma is a wonderful teacher and her Pilates knowledge is amazing - no class is ever the same! I highly recommend Emma as a Pilates teacher - try her classes and you’ll never look back!

I’ve had many rubbish Pilates teachers over the years so I’m experienced enough to know that Emma is the most fantastic teacher. She has a fabulous range of moves so the classes are never boring and she really knows her stuff. She’s a lovely lady too. All the classes are brilliant whether in person or online.

I love these classes! I love the ability to have a Pilates workout when it suits me. I’ve even done a few on holiday!
Great workouts for all abilities. Lots of info on technique for anyone new to Pilates. And some tougher stuff with weights and bands for those demanding a harder workout.
Really enjoyable classes. Emma has the most wonderful voice to listen to as well. Can’t recommend it enough!
