I just love how nice the employees were when i lost my project. and they gave me more time for free and they were very generous and understanding. i love this company.

When I had trouble accessing my account for a project, they were sure to go out of their way to help. Although it was a little difficult at first, they did help it what I needed. My advice is don’t be afraid to ask for help!

I really enjoy using Piktochart to create various types of content. Piktochart works well for making reports, presentations, and social media graphics. The Piktochart interface is user-friendly, and the templates are great. I can create professional-looking designs with Piktochart, even though I don’t know much about design.

I used to rely on Canva all the time, but now I primarily use Piktochart for this kind of work.

companies have glitches, and for the first time ever the download feature wasn't working. I reached out for support and Lamita said it was a system error. When I explained I had a deadline to get the creative out, she downloaded and emailed to me. Now THAT IS WHITE GLOVE Customer service.

I have been using Piktochart for more than 10 years, and it has consistently been an excellent tool. What I particularly appreciate is how the platform keeps evolving — they continuously improve features and regularly integrate new functionalities. The recent AI features, in particular, are very practical and genuinely useful in day-to-day work.

However, what truly sets Piktochart apart is their outstanding customer service. Whenever something is unclear or goes wrong, their team responds quickly and effectively.

A recent example says it all: I accidentally selected a business environment while I am a solo user, which resulted in an unexpected charge of nearly €700. As soon as I contacted them, they immediately understood it was a mistake and refunded the full amount without any hassle.

That level of trust, understanding, and responsiveness is rare — and it reflects the true quality of the organization.

Easy to use and produced a quality pamphlet rather than paying an advertising or printing firm to make one. We are a small company that doesn't need something complex or expensive to inform community members about our company and what we are working on.

I only wanted to use it to make an infographic for my school assignment. They did not make the policy clear that after the 7-day free trial, everything including the visual created is deleted. The price for me as a student is just too expensive to afford for. To clarify, my studies do not require me to frequently do up things like infographics or banners. While they did say that they sent emails to remind to subscribe, i was completely unaware that my work would be deleted.

Piktochart is an excellent tool to handle various documents resulting in a high value output. Take the required training to understand how the tool works and you'll find that it is one of the best tool in the market for its purpose.

I feel like it is a very silly policy that the website deletes your projects if you run out of free trial time and you'll have to purchase a new plan for them to use a one time recovery on your account. the only this review has 3 stars is because of how fast the support responded to my questions and how to fix it.

Pagué con tarjeta virtual o recargable los 0,10€. Dejé la tarjeta sin saldo e intentaron al día siguiente cargar 49,90€ que naturalmente fueron rechazados.
Mi consejo es pagar siempre a estos sitios con Visa recargable.
Son peligrosos.
