Absolutely appalling customer service
I placed an order but omitted to upload photos (my error) Immediately contacted company & received an email stating they would get back to me within 3 working day. THEY DIDN’T
I then got an email stating the order had been shipped so I again emailed & sent message via Messenger Business Chat The message still hasn’t even been read let along acted on
Today I received the magnets (3 packs) & as expected they were totally blank
PikSmile were quick enough to take my money but then totally ignore me
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Rubbish customer service - 4 emails later, message by Instagram and still no response and no items received yet stated dispatched on 27th August.

Beautiful magnets
Bought large size magnets. Just the right size for putting recipes on the fridge decorated key rack/ notice board. Brother loved them so much took most of them. Had to send for more. Good stocking fillers. They are beautifully done and quick. Photos easily down loaded and I'm hopeless with anything like that. Would definitely use this company again.
