Rice cooker broke after 2 or 3 weeks, cants return as don't have box. Previous Russel hobs lasted years. Who keeps a rice cooker box??? Unreliable and cheap, will not buy from them again.

Plastic on bottom to keep it together so flimsy and on number 3 highest it goes no air get more air when u breath bag of shit

Little update on the last review. Your ridiculous charger screw me phone. Absolute robbers.

I bought a pifco double air fryer from home bargains around 4 months ago. It worked fine to start with then when cooking it started smoking and then wouldn’t turn on at all. Frightened me so I threw it in the bin. Couldn’t get it out the house fast enough. Wouldn’t recommend complete waste of money.

We bought a pifco power pack....what a total waste of money...💩💩💩

We purchased our air fryer from home bargains four our caravan. We have only used it a few times and now it won’t even switch on. I have no idea why.

Got a oil filled radiator and either the U bolts are wrong or they mis-aligned the holes and one of the bolts that I Need to take off to install the wheels is stuck, I now have a complitely useless radiator, good job hope this company fails!

Heated clothes dryer
Very flimsy plastic, split, and one of the wings broke and ended up bent the wrong way. All wires was exposed with wet washing on, I'm very surprised and lucky the dryer didn't set alight. Would not recommend this heated dryer.

This is a review of customer service at Pifco. They have been great at answering emails quickly, doing what they say they will, and resolving my issue.

Bought a steam cleaner in 2013. Went to use it, only a green light came. Took it to a repair shop. They charged me £28 to unblock it.
Tried it this year, same issue with the light, again.

Contacted Pifco:
Customer service replied on 4th June.
"Thanks for getting in touch about the issues you have experienced with your appliance.

I was sorry to read of the issues and fully appreciate how disappointing this must be for you.

To enable me to resolve your enquiry in the shortest possible time, I would appreciate if you could supply an image or screenshot of your proof of purchase, and your proof of registration for the extended warranty.

Once received we can establish the quickest way to resolve your enquiry.

Clearly needs extra training in customer service.
