I stayed with P&V as a child and wanted to book our first family holiday with them - picked an apartment for a week and thankfully the "pay later" option so just a small deposit.
They won't reply to messages on social media, don't publish an email address or offer a live chat option. When I finally phoned the number to query a few items on the booking, the person tried to rebook the apartment rather than understanding my questions.
Also, another agent couldn't tell me if the pool was open at the apartments off-peak OR whether or not I would be able to check in on a Sunday evening - their solution was to pay extra for an early check in. Thankfully was able to cancel and book elsewhere and only lost the small deposit.
They need to provide a service where you can contact them in writing to discuss holidays rather than relying on just a phone service where queries aren't understood.
