Picture Perfect Home Ltd Omdömen

Exactly like the picture. Good quality and delivered on time.

From start to finish very easy and kept informed will buy again thanks

Even though our lamp arrived damaged the customer services were excellent. We came to an agreement whereby a satisfactory discount was offered on the damaged but still beautiful lamp. Our emails were answered swiftly by customer services.

Absolutely amazing service!
From making my purchase to the table being delivered the process was quick and easy!
I was kept informed of the delivery date and time too.
I love my new table!
It arrived extremely well packaged inside the box and outside too.
It’s in immaculate condition and exactly what I wanted!
Thank you so much!
Highly recommend this company and I will definitely use them again! 😀😀

The beautiful dining chairs were received as advised in good order, very well packed indeed. So happy with them.

The customer aftercare has been fantastic...we had a small issue with one of our deliveries which was dealt with promptly and very professionally...thanks Jack.
The delivery service was excellent too
Can highly recommend this company and will be using again.

Fantastic service,
Well packaged
Lovely company.
I love my items.
Quick and easy ordering system

Purchased mirrored dressing table. Arrived in very well protected packaging. Great quality for the price, I’m very pleased. I would definitely buy from this company again.

Fantastic level of service from the team at PPH even after a bad start and a broken first order. Genuine interest from staff in rectifying a situation once necessary details were established with the issues from the packaging and handling process initially. Unfortunately Yodel are not a reliable nor careful delivery provider for your business and will detract from your NPS scores going forward.
Complete turnaround of what started to be a bad situation. Very happy with the new clock. I would highly recommend a visit to their website. Clear and accurate details on the range of moving gears clocks (unlike other websites)
Thank you to the team for turning this around so fast.

Apart from fact that I love the item I only ordered on 2nd January and it arrived from South England to scottish highlands on 9th. Amazing.
A lot of companies don't deliver here so outstanding service with small delivery charge. Delivery company they use too were super and kept in touch. Great correspondence from start to finish.

I have bought 5 pieces of furniture recently and I've had many comments from friends saying how good they look. Service is excellent and a speedy delivery. Would recommend to anyone

Great products at a great price. Fast delivery too. And when I called customer service with a query it was easy to get through and i had a helpful and friendly response.

Highly recommend!

Absolutely love my clock !! It’s gorgeous and better than I expected. A special mention to Jack in the office who was amazing and so helpful in ensuring my order got to me safely when the courier couldn’t find my address. Plus he helped me by sending a video on how to work it. Thank you!! Highly recommend

First time we bought from Picture Perfect home. The wallclock we've purchased was really lovely! It elevated the look of our dinning room. The clock was well built and eventhough it's huge (80cm), it is quiet. The moving gears add a nice touch on the over all look of the clock. The delivery was very fast, not to mention free. They have chosen a reliable company (Fed ex). The item was very well packed.
