No possibility to return / unrieliable service
By accident I've ordered the wrong watchUnfortunately I ordered the wrong watch from Picto. Although they indicate that you can exchange the watch within 30 days, it is nowhere clear how to do this. Unfortunately, a return form is also not available. I have already sent dozens of emails to customer service. The only response from them has not helped, namely that I have to use the enclosed return form. After that I never had any response. It seems like a nice watch, but the service is completely unreliable.

WORTH THE PURCHASE
Hello I bought my picto watch like 5 years ago. I really love it, I wanted something different and I got that. It had an issue and I returned and it was fixed. I haven't had an issue since. I have been using it since, I will recommend it over n over.
By the way I need to change the scrap. Please where or how in London, can I get it done. Thank you

Great Service
Nine months after, I had a problem with my watch. In only two days, I had my new watch in my wrist. One of the best service I´ve ever had. Thanks again, PICTO.

Impressive customer care
I am so impressed by the high level of customer care.
A problem is NOT a problem to Picto watches, very quickly and efficiently resolved.
I also have to say that my watch is greatly admired.
