Total scam ! Takes unauthorised payments even if you cancel before trial ends. Won’t refund horrible customer service and trial wasn’t great tried to use it horrible experience. Be careful they steal your money !

We never take unauthorised payments. All subscriptions are handled securely through Stripe, the world’s leading payments provider.
If a subscription is cancelled before the trial ends, Stripe does not process a charge.

DON't BE FOOLED BY "Free 7 DAY TRIAL PERIOD" There is no way to cancel once Credit card is entered. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! They REFUSE REFUND for $450 Charge and only way out is credit card dispute
I signed up for this service to try it out BECAUSE they stated there was a "7-day free trial", and the only way to trial the service was by entering a credit card. However with this company, THERE IS NO WAY TO CANCEL - THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THAT YOUR CARD IS CHARGED 7 DAYS LATER AND THERE IS NO WAY TO CANCEL. I tried to cancel before the 7-day period was up, but it didn't go through. Now they say that there was no way to cancel at all, so why offer a 7-day free trial?? False advertising, perhaps? I then noticed on my Credit card statement that I was charged $450 AUD on my American Express. When I contacted this site to inform them that I never wished to proceed, they refused to provide a refund. I have opened a dispute with American Express as my only recourse. They said that they gave me warnings; however, I was never given any warnings; otherwise, I would have acted on them because I thought it had been cancelled. When contacted, they only give options to help with the site and REFUSE REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON, even if the service has NEVER BEEN USED, UNDESIRED and frankly very overpriced. I entered my credit card information only because this was the only way to see how their service worked. BIG MISTAKE - add your credit card for a 7-day free trial and fall into a TRAP or a SCAM, whatever you want to call it. Its simple, enter your credit card and you are signed up, whether you wish to proceed beyond the 7-day trial or not.
I would say that this site screams 'SCAM,' so I am warning anyone who thinks it's a good idea to try out their service by adding their credit card to be very careful. My advice is: DON'T, and RUN!!

Hi Lauren, sorry to hear this was your experience. This review obviously isn’t consistent with the others here so some context:
- signing up in error isn’t quite possible using Picjam. There’s an initial google sign up, and three written warnings before you proceed with a trial.
- there is no free trial. It’s all paid.
- you have to physically enter your card or use a saved card to proceed with Stripe.
- our support person Mirasol was indeed in touch and wrote two messages on options.
Picjam is a registered business used by over 600+ stores, with a real-time public gallery visible 24/7 on our site. We’re proud of the product and the results it delivers for our customers.
While we do understand that you changed your mind, our policy — which is clearly stated at sign-up — does not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
We’re always open to helping resolve any issues with the platform directly, and we’ve reached out again privately if you’d like to continue the conversation.

Australian business standards and high accuracy
I gave PicJam a 5 because it is the most accurate clothing generator I have found. It's still not perfect and takes a few attempts to get it right, but it's really good and the credits used for errors are not excessive like some other apps. The owner is Australian and Australian business standards are high and trustworthy. It's not an app that someone pumped out and hoped for the best, this is an independent owner who takes pride in the app and wants to offer quality and improvements. PicJam is the best that I've found for my fashion business, at the most reasonable price. I've tried many that cost more and they don't deliver accurate results at all. Try PicJam.

Great trial, but paid version broke everything.
I was really impressed with the Picjam.ai trial — smooth, great results, and promising enough that I decided to pay for a subscription. Unfortunately, ever since upgrading, all of my images have been stuck in the queue with no progress at all. It’s completely halted my workflow and progress on a key project. Super frustrating, especially after such a good start. I’ve reached out for support but haven’t had a resolution yet. Hoping this gets fixed soon, but for now, it’s a real letdown.
