Picjam AI is an extremely powerful and effective solution for decoupe shoots. Its biggest advantage over other AI tools is its ability to produce high-quality images with realistic textures. It delivers excellent results in lifestyle shoots and performs very well for influencer-style content creation. On the video side, it offers practical and efficient solutions that meet e-commerce needs.

I cancel my subscription long ago and they have been trying to charged me repeatedly for months. I tried blocking them, emailing and when i logged in it says no valid subscription but it still charges. Truly unethical. Please be careful.

Over all I love it but still learning how to use it efficiently

This app is so very easy to use. I like the way that it places my clothing on the models. Even though there is a little kink as far as the full models, being full length sometimes, but overall it’s a great app to use. I highly recommend it!

Great AI software, producing some consistently high photos with rarely any mistakes which is great to see! Especially since this was the area I was most skeptical about all AI products.

Also love the extra free credits you get for hitting milestones on generating images, the interface is very slow at times but other than that really don't regret subscribing

After a few hiccups in the beginning I was helped by the Picjam staff, and it was sorted out within a short time. This process has saved hours of computer time for me.

This company offers a three day free trial don’t believe them! I canceled on the second day. They charged me anyway and said I did not cancel and will not give me a refund. I would find yourself a more reputable company that doesn’t fool people into their free trial and then pretend you never canceled so they can keep your initial $29. I hope karma catches up with them. I find it disgusting to offer people a free trial just to make money.

They charged my card without sending prior intimation for almost a year, until when I found out while checking my monthly expenses. When I reached out citing ethical practices and PCI compliance, they refused to refund specifying that I had agreed and entered the card during trial. Even after clearly knowing that I have not used the software they refused to return.

So far the images look good and there seems to be a good variety to use. I’m still learning how to use this app.

Great tool, but you need to play around with it a little bit to get the hang of it! Still, there are numerous AI glitches, such as face changes and logo/word errors, but overall, I am getting good results, albeit at the expense of a lot of credits.

PROS: I like that there are humans to talk to unlike the other AI studio platforms; Micheal gave the team a great tour and tutorial, and tried to provide solutions for our unique problems. I will say that this is the best platform I have tried out so far. I could see how it would be useful for small start ups. CONS: 1. The customer service is under par. I take full responsibility for missing the 3 day cut off date. However, I don't like that you have to sign up for a trial and then are automatically signed up for a plan without any notification. Giving clients a courtesy email letting them know the trial is ending and that you will be charged for a plan the next day would go a long way. Considering I didn't even know which plan I needed until after my team tinkered sufficiently with the platform - I didn't end up with the plan that I needed, and Picjam was not willing to let me switch according to my project needs. 2. The AI is not developed enough to give accurate outputs, even following Picjams best practice guidelines, so it takes 25-40 credits to get 1 good image for 1 SKU. The whole thing is still a huge gamble, and you don't actually know if you have enough credits in your plan. 3. Buying more credits to top up your plan is a nice idea, but is not going to be economical for my needs. If I have to buy the number of credits I need to top up, it would actually be cheaper for me to purchase a whole other plan than it is to top up credits. 4. I like that this has a decent upscaler; the con is that it takes 30 credits to use. Not economical for a large scale project with 280 SKUs. IN CONCLUSION: However impressive Picjam is, this platform has a long way to go before it can handle large scale fashion brands with a large SKU count, and with more sophisticated designs and patterns.

This is a game changer. It really helps small businesses that can not afford the whole photo shoot. It dies not work for everything but I think it will get better
