Excellent service, very experienced and always looking for best value (we are a charity), responsive and friendly, it is a pleasure to work with them.

Used this company 2 years in a row. I had to leave this company this year giving me quotation 4 hrs prior to renewal. This did same last year only gave me quotation 2 days prior.
Now it’s been over a month since I left them. And I haven’t received my no claim discount

Always receive excellent service from Julian Cawthorne and Rebecca Atkins and the undersatnd our busines and therefore our insurance needs and are diligent in researching the market to get us the best deal.

Reasonable price for the policy. Staff were extremely on the ball with emails and paperwork. Certificates were issued quickly. All ☎️ calls answered promptly

The person I dealt with (Janice Fong) was extremely helpful and polite as well as being very knowledgeable about the products. She helped and guided me through the system and it was a pleasure to deal with her. In a previous year I had a similar experience with a lady called Jaki Ainsworth. Both persons are a credit to the company for customer relations.

These guys are really professional, efficient and find great prices too.

This place is just a joke, I’ve been trying for a week for a quote for insurance and they just keep promising emails and phone calls back and I didn’t get ONE call or email, what a waste of time, I called them multiple times a day Monday to Thursday and just kept getting fobbed off, if you don’t want to quote JUST SAY! Waste of time

Calling the main number just elicits a response that it is the wrong department, there are a lot of individuals working there and there process is to pass customers from one person to another. Unfortunately, don’t receive call back as agreed. Gave up at the end.

Tyson is always incredibly helpful. He recently took time out to visit our office and spend 2 hours talking through our insurance to make sure I have properly understood it. I've never had that level of service from another broker.

Having worked in the motor trade for over 35 years, I’ve dealt with many brokers, and without a doubt, PIB has been the best by far. Gerrard has been my go-to contact throughout — always reliable, knowledgeable, and just a phone call away whenever I need support. Highly recommended.

The team have always been really helpful whenever I’ve had questions, and renewals have been straightforward. Found them to be competitive and would definitely recommend.
