Made an online payment
Made an online payment. Did not receive email confirmation. Emailed page to myself and info disappeared when system autologged me out. Previously system lost my prescription info. Garbage. You can't make your own patient account and edit the info. Tried updating using my email and changing password. Nada.

Oncology clinic front desk told me…
Oncology clinic front desk told me checking in with this is mandatory. They just recently started using it. I don't see why they can't allow patients to opt out and check in the old simple way. I walked out of my latest appt over this and now worry I will end up dying if I don't give in. I am on meds and need routine labs. Feel like the clinic does not really care about cancer patients after all. They care more about whatever phreesia pays them. I would like to throw those stupid phreesia ipads against a brick wall.

For some unknown reason
For some unknown reason, my doctor is using this AND another useless system for their appointments, I now have 3 different “systems” pawing through my records! I didn’t sign up for any of Phreesia’s services which I find invasive. Made an appointment through my doctors office, now this company is requesting me to put my card on file to pay for an appointment with my GP that my insurance has CLEARLY stated I pay no co-pay. No, I’m NOT going to give them my card to charge something I shouldn’t pay for and Phreesia hasn’t said exactly what they charge. Total rip off! I feel this company is a grifter.
Worst pay portal ever
The clinic I went to, great. The pay portal, Phressia, THE WORST. Never works. Can't pay a bill. Not on a phone, not on a computer, not in a browser, not on phreesia.net, not on the clinic's pay spot. WORST EVER. How are you even in business? Their own receptionist TOLD me the pay site was terrible AND IT IS TRUE.

I'm surprised this company doesn't get in trouble for harassment. My text messages are set up to read out loud. All day long everyday I get text messages from this company to sign into my doctor's *********** starting a week early. I emailed these people that they are not allowed to share my information and opted out of using this system all together. When my doctor's ****** called me to confirm ***********s I confirm with them. There is no reason why this system should hound me to death for every single ***********s and I do see a lot of doctors. This system found a loophole in HIPAA that was written for paper written forms at doctors ******s which is pre-digital age. That means any information of yours on digital format they can do whatever they want with it. HIPAA needs to be updated and cover everything that this company is taking advantage of. When I go to a doctor's ****** and they ask me if I signed in online I asked the people if they even know what Phreesia is and what they do with your information. They have no clue what this company does. They share your information which includes all your medical information, personal information, and financially if you give it to them to whoever they want. No one knows what exactly they're doing with all this information they're feeding this system. I want nothing to do with it. From the first time I signed on to this type of system I have been getting spam that I spent years getting rid of and getting under control. From the moment I signed on to this and it has come back and it's been out of control ever since. I want this company to take me out of their system all together. It might be designed to help doctors ******s with patient checkings but it is brutal to the patients. Some people think it is a convenience for them but it is not as they are literally handing out all their information for the world to see. This is a terrible invasion of privacy and I should have the choice to not be invaded by this system.

texting service to reschedule appointments is terrible
As a patient, their texting service to reschedule appointments is terrible. They don't allow you to revert a change you make, they don't send you a confirmation (my Zocdoc appointment is the exact same and I received no separate email nor text), and their bot only knows and sends one unhelpful text. Would highly recommend to doctors to not use their texting feature until they improve it.

Duplicate question answering
Before my doctor appointment I completed all the forms and questions received electronically. When showed up for my appointment, I was given the same questions to complete on pen and paper. Why does the doctor not receive my responses from the electronic version ? Thank you

This web site is a disaster
This web site is a disaster! After jumping through their hoops more than once, I never received a link get into my doctor’s waiting room. It’s a good thing that I have his phone number. My doctor told me that Phreesia blames user error. In my experience, anytime you have a large number of users that can not successfully use the site, it’s a fault of the user interface.

My Provider Just Started Using Phreesia
My oncologist's office just started using Phreesia. Not a good experience at all. Process appears simple and secure but has serious problems. No opportunity to add a comment if a canned answer is not available. Cannot leave a blank when you answer does not fit. For recording medications, only allowed 1 medication to be listed. No "Back Button" so if on going to the next page you realize the previous needs adjustment, you cannot go back. If you do, you can start at the beginning again or, as in my case, you are locked out of the system with the only direction "contact your provider". Great, the provider said there are some known problems and just come in early for your appointment and complete the paperwork. Not a friendly process. Not the best process for practices dealing with the elderly (my community). I have used other, similar online patient registrations and they are much better / easier to use.

Terrible for billing purposes…
My wife's allergy clinic uses Phreesia for their billing, except they never send an actual billing statement. After several months of waiting for a bill I finally called and the rep sent me an ad hoc statement. Twice early this year, they sent an email saying I owe a certain amount and to pay it - no info as to what the balance is for or how the amount was calculated. I know that one of the emails was asking for the entire cost of an allergy injection, including what the insurance had already paid. I won't pay a bill unless it tells me what I'm paying for. Right now I know I owe them close to $200 in copays, but they haven't sent me anything since I called them about 4 months ago.

This company took our business and refused to make any changes in contract DO NOT EVER JOIN THIS COMPANY. Ddo not use if you have eclinical or epic.
Not worth your health
Not worth your health. False appointment taking that has lead to a disability in our family. Make appointments on your own, aways bring friends or family members to medical appointments as a testifying witness.
Checking in is a hassle
I love the convenience of checking in for doctor’s appointments online, but it’s very annoying and time consuming to have to fill out every (unchanging) field every time! The system should have a checkbox that allows auto populated information for everything that hasn’t changed from previous registrations. I understand the need to have certain questions answered each time (like Covid symptoms), but when you address, insurance, policy holder, etc. information remains the same, why require it to be input every single time? I simple option to edit this information or mark it unchanged should be added.

Too bad there is no '0' rating star available to select. Literally everything about this service is a joke. I don't have an entire day to list all the failure functions they have available. If you want to confirm an appointment, call the provider and tell them you confirm instead of wasting your life dealiing with this garbage.

Disappointed I will have to look for businesses that doesn’t use Phreesia.
Everyone includes the doctors office uses my email.they send some limited stuff from Phreesia but blocked me access to my own information,account.
They wouldn’t even respond to the online form or emails until I used a different email! ( Same email for my appointment,payments and similar they accept).
This is definitely concerning.they act like it’s for your privacy it’s the opposite.they lock you out of your own account and information.blocked my email.
So they changed my opt in or account setting to suit the wrongful agenda they have.
then locked me out of my own account they didn’t even send me a copy of what they consented without my permission.( otherwise it would have went to my home address) this is no different than identity theft.
I started getting weird questions before appointment that also prove to me they aren’t giving me proper records or accurate patient information.not even getting basic communication preferences

Phreesia isn't what it says it is
Phreesia isn't what it says it is. It is a contracted appointment verification and check-in service that is really out to harvest and sell personal medical data from patients. There is no way to opt out of the texts that they send. Even when you confirm your appointment and disconnect, their text machines contact you as if you had never confirmed your appointment. When your family is not originally from America you spend time beating Phreesia back because the family doesn't understand that these are really data harvesting bullies who offer NO WAY for people like me to contact them and complain. FTC complaint filed.

Disgraceful patient form-Update
The PHREESIA PATIENT FORM is disgraceful. I am a retired physician and know what I am saying. The form seems to presuppose that the patient is depressed and verging on dementia. It does not allow ANY PLACE for the patient to write in what is actually bothering them.
Update:
Phreesia responded today, over two years since I wrote the negative review.
I actually left the doctor who insisted on using it as my chart had accumulated numerous inaccurate ‘conditions’ because of the form and he refused to correct them.
