Beware. It is a scam. I purchased the product 10 days ago and I still cannot use it. It freezes my computer. I contacted costumer support, and they made me uninstall and install again. It didn't work. I contacted them again and made me make other changes. It didn't work. I contacted again, still other changes and still didn't work. My computer freezes every time. And refuse to make a refund.

Getting the app and installing it was fairly easy, with two concerns:
1) The downloading of the files for the app were quite slow
2) Getting the final license information took a few days after paying for it.

Buona sera, ho avuto una ottima esperienza con questo programma e sono molto contento della assistenza fornitami. Lo consiglierei a chi lavora o smanetta con le foto.

The software is good and easy to operate nowever I am not able to save the edited photo to my PC hard drive without it opening up in the PhotoGlory software every time I try to open. I will be trying to import the edited photo for use in another Shutterbug but am afraid it won’t allow it to be used in another app.
Also it will not let me scan from PhotoGlory scan button to my scanner.

I'm using Photoglory from the first release. During the time I use it, development makes it every time better.
I have more then one licence because in our foundation we learn older people to work with Photoglory to colorize there old b/w photo's. What we see now is that our trainee's are buying there own copy to use at home.

Yesterday we found out that the support of Photoglory is excelent. Due a crash at our training PC we were not able to reinstall Photoglory. After an email at Photoglory they solved our problem by returning email Super !!!

I use this program almost every day as a restored old photograph/coloured image shows so much more and adds depth to the image than the original. It definitely enhances the look of the website and book I am working on. It is easy to use. The support I received when there was a problem was adequate and friendly.

Comme beaucoup, j'utilise peu les produits adobe désormais mais je les maîtrise très bien. Ces changements rendent les prix prohibitifs et donc je teste des alternatives et ce logiciel fonctionne très bien., il suffit de s'y adapter.

Very good for cleaning up all my old genealogy images and documents. Nice preset selection.

Ho acquistato questo software due giorni fa per eliminare una macchia e qualche graffio da una vecchia foto di famiglia. Dopo aver atteso parecchi minuti di elaborazione, il risultato è stato disastroso. Ho ripetuto più e più volte il procedimento, anche su foto poco danneggiate. Niente. Anzi, peggiorava la foto. Ho utilizzato quindi un altro programma, gratuito trovato online ed è stato più veloce e con qualche piccolo miglioramento della foto rispetto al programma Photoglory (a pagamento). Che beffa! Ho chiesto alla AMS software di restituirmi i soldi ma si dicono solo dispiaciuti senza ridarmi un centesimo indietro nonostante sia ancora (alla data che scrivo) in pieno diritto di recesso.

PhotoGlory is an excellent photo restoration program with an incredibly user-friendly workflow. It does an outstanding job of reviving old or damaged photos. I wish I had discovered PhotoGlory sooner, as it would have saved me a significant amount of money I wasted on inferior photo editing products.

I am in the process of digitizing 100 years of family photos, slides and film. Using Photoglory has been a great addition to my collection of photo management and editing software. All my scanners are supported as well as my preferred photo format.

I've been using photoglory for a while with great results in restoring family faded photos. As a novice I needed a one step fix and this was my answer. Getting a notification that the free upgrade period is expiring so I attempted to upgrade. Downloading incorrect file I was faced with an error and contact support.
Contacting support I received a rapid response with a link to the correct file to download and a follow up to assure a successful update. The support could not have been any better or faster in resolving my issue. I'm impressed.

I was using colour old photo. I had adjustments to get in the lines, which was fine, but when trying different colour shades, it started to put bright colours instead of the ones I was choosing especially the green, no matter what green I decided on it was always bright green

Im ersten Versuch hat es mit der Anwendung des bestellten Programmes "PRO" nicht geklappt, aber ein Kontakt mit dem Support der Firma war schnell und sehr hilfreich. Es lag wohl an mir; ich bin nun in der Lage das Programm voll einzusetzen und es ist hervorragend. Nur zu empfehlen! Super!!

I have many old family photos dating back to the 1920's. Most are B&W and it's very pleasing to see my relatives in colour. Some photos are in poor condition but this program restores them to a very respectable level. It is very easy to use and now I have had requests from others, who have seen the results, to help restore some of their's. Very impressive.
