I have utilized this application on three occasions for obtaining a copy of my passport. It can be relatively expensive and may not be readily accessible in smaller towns. This application was user-friendly, economical, and efficient in terms of time.

We have been using the Passport Photo Maker software for almost 8 years now, and have recently upgraded to the most recent version. The software makes it quick and easy to format photos for print. We can typically have a customer in and out the door with their printed photos in approximately 5 minutes. I like how the new version offers a search function, and a country filter, making it even easier to find the required photo specifications.

I looked for a while for an app that satisfies our school requirements, quick, easy and practical in handling big number of staff and students. Comparing the apps I found, I believed Passport Photo Maker is prominent.
The only maybe shortcoming I had after buying it and I couldn't find a way for it, is when I try to use the Webcam Capture option (under Files) and Connect Webcam, it takes a shot when the Take Shot button is pressed, but it does not show a preview of the object that I want to take a photo. I am not sure if there is a way around I don't know. If there isn't I hope the developer can resolve is issue. Otherwise, this app is GREAT!

The requirements for a passport/license etc. photo are strict. Trying to get a decent photo which complies with all the rules is tricky, and then getting a decent print even harder. As a result all my official docs have awful photos! No more. This SW does it all. I thought expensive, but frankly, worth every penny - a good result and in a few minutes.

My recommendation is that if you are into photography and create photos for personal documents, you simply "have to have it" and you will not regret a single penny. What I like most is that it is easy to use. I only see one big problem with it. When I try to change the background of any photo, it gets distorted, which is why I don't use it that much.

The AI background wasn’t as good as it should be to help make the background white for the passports. A better detection of the person’s head is needed, the edges weren’t too clean. But other than that it got the job done.

This software is far more than I expected. Easy to set up and use. The later version automated the sizing of the head relative to the ID type. But still allow for some fine tuning in case needed. The list of supported countries is extensive.
My wish list of Improvements:
- the background eraser is not the best. I have not used the features extensively. Maybe it has improved lately.
- when saving a file, there is a clutter of dialog boxes. There is this open file question, which I find unnecessary. And back to the save file dialog box.
- boundary lines could be made more visible and if possible, extends to the size of the paper used. Needed for precise cutting when using guillotine cutter.

Will definitely recommend to anyone needing this type of software.

You don't have to be a professional photographer to take photos for IDs. All you need is a smartphone and Passport Photo Maker. You don't have to worry about whether your photo will meet the criteria for the document, this app will do it for you. Take a good selfie and this program will do the rest.

This software is very easy to use.
You can print many different sizes of photos
for passport, ID cards driving license and Visa.
Plus you can change the clothes on the person if needed, and crop and lighten or darken.
Runs very smoothly. no problems.

I own a photography studio and was looking for a good software to create passport and ID photos in Spain. I came across it by chance while searching online, accepted the trial month, and I’m thrilled with it. I’m definitely going to keep using it for my business. The photos come out with the correct dimensions, and it even includes options for many different countries. I’m delighted and highly recommend it!
