No after sales service or replies
Order No 6893. I purchased two frames spending £90 ish and want to return the frames as it did not fit my canvas prints. I also offered to exchange with frames of more depth but have been chasing the company since a week and there has been no acknowledgement or reply whatsoever. There is no phone no to contact as well. Really bad after sales service in my view.

To clarify, as noted in our returns policy, all of our Tray Frames and Box Frames are handcrafted to your specific order details. As custom-made items, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This is clearly stated at the time of purchase, and we always encourage customers to double-check measurements before placing an order.
That said, we do want to help where we can, so please get in touch via the correct email and we’ll do our best to assist.

Very happy with my frames.

DIY- good to go
Good DIY frame.
Saves you from the framing shops.
Improving scope- the floating frame came with stick-on which were not very steady. So I used command strips.

The stick-on dots are just for initial positioning—the provided screws should be used in the predrilled holes to secure the canvas properly. We also have an instructional video available on our website if you'd like a visual guide :)
Great product
Quick and easy site. Great quality and lots of different choices to choose from. The only thing I would have liked would be the choice of a standing frame rather than just the wall mounted. But everything else was great .

Very happy with my instax frame
Very happy with my instax frame, I am using it to store my polariods taken throughout my pregnancy and I've had so many comments from people who wish they'd done the same. I just purchased a second one to store polaroids of my son through his first year of life once he is born.

The quality of the frame is brilliant…
The quality of the frame is brilliant and the online instructions are detailed and easy to follow. I will certainly be ordering frames from here again for my artworks and will be recommending to my customers too. The company went above and beyond, by including an extra something that I requested as a big favour. The frame is packaged very well and I am able to reuse it all to send my work out to an art gallery.
