Disappointing can't stand it up on its own and returns not accepted!
Really disappointed that the photo frame didn't have a stand so that you could stand it up, you can only hang it up. The quality also didn't seem that great either, really lightweight and doesn't feel very solid! Bought these as a Christmas present, but think I'll be having to purchase some different ones elsewhere. Unfortunately the company does not accept returns.

Disappointed
We have purchased better quality frames for considerably less money. The sole benefit of these frames was that they fit the size of the Graduation photos we had bought - quite frankly feel ripped off.

While we understand that you may have found cheaper alternatives, the market offers a wide range of materials such as MDF or polcore, which are not comparable to wooden frames, crafted in the UK. We're pleased to hear that the frame was a perfect fit for your photos, as custom sizing is one of the key benefits of our products.
We take pride in delivering high-quality, handcrafted frames, and it’s unfortunate that this wasn’t your perception.
Coloured photo frames
Great photo frames. Finish on them really good, vibrant colours, exactly as seen on their site. Safely packed also. You can give your measurements instead of searching everywhere. Will be buying from them again

The frame was of very cheap…
The frame was of very cheap construction and the finish on the white part of the frame was poor. Certainly not worth the hefty price tag. Unfortunately I had to use the frame instead of returning it as it was ordered for an art exhibition and I did not have time to return / replace it. I was expecting a lot better quality for the price and was VERY disappointed

We're sorry to hear that you're not satisfied with the frame, but we’d like to clarify that the woodgrain finish is an intentional design feature, as stated in the product description.
We take great care in crafting our frames, and use a real wood moulding, not MDF or Polcore. We also use Acid-Free mounts, that are Machine-cut with a bevelled edging. We believe this justifies the price point, reflecting the quality and craftsmanship that goes into each frame.
