This is a fraud company. Didn't deliver flowers to my mom on mother's day....Not sure how to get my money back

Fraud company . Didn’t deliver the flowers I ordered for my mother on Mother’s Day . Reported this fraud to police & Bank . Fir registered .

A fraudelent business, booked flowers form the website, never delivered, no refund, no customer support. Worst part, they give you a order number and you cant find that order on their website. They should literally be banned to do business.

This is a FRAUD company and making false promises. Visiting India, these special flowers were supposed to be a special thank you to our travel agent for arranging our wonderful tour. Unfortunately, such experience leaves a bad impression about the country. This site should be taken off the internet and directors Saikat Ghose and Shive Shanker ( Yes! named after our god) should not be allowed to trade.
And refund? Again false promises. I can't see that happening. Good luck to them for robbing old age pensioners! Order No PW185547

Is it is a fraud company they take order and money but do jot deliver and also we are not able to contact them. NO REFUND ALSO I AM STILL FOLLOWING UP WITH THEM , THEY ARE NOT TAKING OUR CALLS

Fraud website and the person who maintains it is also a fraud. Not delivered flowers and not giving the refund money. And blocking my phone numbers. Don't ever order flowers or anything from this website u will simply loose your money and most of all u will disappoint the person for whome you have ordered the flowers in the end.

Sucha fraud site. I ordered flowers for wife for valentines day and placed the order in a such a way that it will be arriving on 14th feb by 11 am. But the order didn't arrive and when contacted they were really rude and asked us to call on 17th and today is 17th and we still didn't get he order and when we asked fir refund they were so rude. Never buy anything from this site. This site is such a fraud. We contacted consumer court and they said this is a fraud wesite

Worst service ever. I placed an order for yesterday and it has still not been delivered. There is no way to contact the customer care. The phone numbers they have given is not reachable and out of service. So neither my order is delivered nor am I able to get the refund. Please DO NOT order from here.

Never waist money, I confirm with them before I order can they deliver the flowers to location, they said yes yes we can , after when we didn’t get I call them millions time but at evening they said they can’t deliver bcz location is sooo far, what the hell was that, they waist my whole day , rubbish service
