Good Service
Very happy with the service and with the product. I did have a small problem ordering but think it was my fault and had to ring the helpline. However, I was treated politely and my problem got solved easily. Delivery was quick too. All in all - very good service.

BRILLIANT SERVICE
My order was sent out immediately and arrived the next working day. Unfortunately, I was not in and the postman failed to leave a card. 2 days later I queried the order with Pharmacy Direct and, within minutes, they advised full details of the tracking number, original delivery date and where the package was being held. I went to the sorting office and collected my order. Absolutely perfect!!!

A top-notch service.
The site is easy to navigate, the prices are very competitive and the service speedy and discreet. The consultation was detailed, but not overly so, making me feel that I was in safe hands. I'll certainly be using their service again in the future.

Speedy and efficient service
I have been using Pharmacy Direct for nearly three years and I am more than happy with the service. Orders are quickly dealt with and despatched, with regular emails updating you with progress. Very good prices too!

Exceptional service
After placing my order I was kept up to date on what was happening I paid extra for the next day delivery and it came the next day. I was really pleased with the service I got and would definitely use this company again.

Very Efficient Processing and Dispatch
Their online processing of your order is quick and efficient. The Royal mail have to take some credit for the speedy delivery but PharmacyDirect take the credit for their efficient online processing. Mind you, would you expect less?
Prices are very good too from what I have seen.

Good but needs attention
good reliable service but they need to take more care when sending packages abroad as the medications often arrive half opened due to poor packaging. At that price they should really make sure to properly protect the item for shipping

Quality goods and fast delivery
I've ordered from Pharmacy Direct GB for a few years now. Always faster delivery than anyone else I buy from online. And what they sell is legitimate! I'd never buy pharmacy products abroad so am happy to have a reliable regulated source in the UK.
