I ordered malaria pills with a prescription. Good price, easy ordering system and pills arrived promptly.
The prices are very good, very quick delivery and they have a wide range of products.
The only small downside why I didn't give 5 stars, is they use a premium phone number, so would not call them as nearly always you have to wait in a queue on these numbesr whilst racking up your phone bill and they took quite a while to respond to my question, which I sent by their online email service.

Researched online and this company provided what I wanted at the best price. Ordered on a Wednesday and package would have been delivered to me on the Friday if the postman had been doing his job. Had to ask Pharmacy Direct to provide postage info, which was done within minutes. The reference number provided was enough for me to collect the package from the Post Office. Happy ending.
Um WOW. I placed my order online 7 days ago, 2 days later it shipped, and it arrived 4 days after that. That is the fastest EVER, that's from the UK to the west coast in the US!!
Unfortunately I only received half my order and despite advising PharmacyDirect they have chosen not to believe me and not replace the missing items. Their reasoning is that I have not returned the envelope the goods arrived in, nor the tablets I did receive.
1. When I originally made my complaint their response made no mention of the need to return anything.
2. I was the one who suggested that I return the packaging for them to check. They said to do so but did not request the tablets be included. By this time I had disposed of the outer wrapping as had no intimation that it would be required.
3. They said when they got the packaging they would check it and replace the items. There was still no mention of me needing to send the tablets also.
4. I had to chase them to ask if they had got the packaging as they did not confirm it's receipt as I had been assured they would. Only then did they mention returning the rest of the order.
The reasons they give for not fulfilling their side of our transaction is that Royal Mail can now not check if the parcel was tampered with - It is unfortunate I was not made aware of this apparently crucial part of the process at the outset, though how RM would know the difference between my opening the pack and anyone else is impossible to tell?
They need to send the rest of the order back to the manufacturers for them to see why 2 packs were missing - I have been given no explanation of how returning 2 packs back to the factory will clarify where the 2 missing packs went, and again why was I not told of this important element when my complaint was made known?
It seems clear they either consider me a liar (which I am not), or are hiding behind a set of largely irrelevant rules, which they did not advise me of when I would be able to comply, to purposely avoid fulfilling their commitments.
Rather a poor and shameful performance all around.

I had chosen to get my tablets online as I did not have the time to go and see my own doctor, I ordered my tablets and had an online prescription
with a short questionnaire from an online doctor.
The next day I was contacted by email to verify as to why I wanted this
particular tablet, I sent my answer and with in an hour I had another e mail
telling me my medication had been dispatched.
A fast service I will use again.
The website is very clear and easy to navigate. I made my choice and made my order. I was updated from start on the progress of my order. I received my order within the specified time. Very effecient!
