Open 24/7 please!
The pharmacy’s working hours are quite restrictive, closing early on Saturdays and not operating at all on Sundays. This makes it impractical for any urgent weekend needs, as there’s no way to access medication after midday Saturday. It feels like we’re expected to only get ill during weekdays. While the service itself is acceptable, I would appreciate improvements such as home delivery at a reasonable cost and a 24/7 availability. These changes would make the pharmacy much more customer-friendly.

DPD hat ihre Sendung zurückgeschickt da die Adresse laut DPD nicht richtig ist.
In der email mit den Tracking Daten welche unser System versendet steht dies auch.
Leider haben wir keine Reaktion von ihnen erhalten, so dass wir nicht helfen können.

After a bit of back-and-forth, complete satisfaction
I ordered some covid antigen testing kits from this pharmacy. I placed the order in the evening on a Monday, the package was dispatched on Tuesday morning and arrived on Wednesday morning. Time from order to delivery - about 36 hours. GREAT!
However, I received no order confirmation email. I had to ask them by email the next day and luckily they responded almost immediately. However, the delivered testing kits had an expiration date about half a year ago - December 2023 (!!!). The package included a batch of testing solutions intended to extend the expiration date, but the new expiration date was also one month in the past (30 April 2024). Indescribable shame, no one should get medical products half a year past their expiration date...
UPDATE after correspondence with the pharmacy:
The expiration date as updated by the producer of the testing kit - as shown on the testing solution containers - indeed shows a new, future expiration. THANKS to the pharmacy for direct, honest and to-the-point communication, I really appreciate it. Ultimately, good shopping experience, a good and reasonably priced product and prompt communication. Will buy from them again.

Hello,
Biosynex changed the best before date until November 2024. If you want to share your email address we can share the certificate with you.
You will find this date on the product as well. The reason for this was as they changed the liquid which was expired. The other elements where good until November 2024.
Of course we would never sell products which are expired!
Sorry for this misunderstanding!
UPDATE:
I agree it is not ideal with three different dates - but you can find the November 2024 best before date as well on the product and we can share the certificate from Biosynex which confirms the correct best before date is November 2024.
We will reply to your email and share photos of the 3 different best before dates and certificates which confirms that the products can be used until November 2024.
Again: we would never sell products which are expired!
