I will only give a 3 star rating due to their negligence of overlooking at small businesses. I have had their service over 8 years but my dissatisfaction is that they invoice me and deduct my money every Mondays I would more happier if it was deducted from my account every Friday’s that’s when most businesses get paid.

Exceptional Customer Service
I interact daily with Customer Service departments from many different vendors. PFleet's Customer Service is by far, the best that I work with. Your Reps ALWAYS go above and beyond to resolve my issue or help me with whatever I need to complete my job. We switched to PFleet Fuel Cards because the fuel card company we were using had all kinds of additional fees and fines they would tack on to our monthly bill. PFleet has great integrity compared to our previous company and that integrity is also see in their Customer Service Representatives. Great Job PFleet!

4 for Growing Pains
Usually it is a 5. I have noticed that they have been doing things to improve they system and there have been some growing pains with it. Thankfully those growing pains have not been enough to deter me from using their service, and I know that my pains are very minor compared to their hard work to improve our experience.
