When I contracted for your services I…
When I contracted for your services I was informed that if there was ANY issue with the pumps my employees could call the 800# on the back of the card and it would be dealt with and my vehicle fueled and on their way. That did not happen last week and when I contacted my salesman he basically said that the phone operators did not have that capability and that these were not PFleet pumps.

Hi Harry - We currently bill you once a week so that you can remain under your credit limit. If we billed less frequently, then you would need to make a payment before you received an invoice. Once you have been with us for over a year, you can request a credit limit increase and change of billing cycle. Thank you for the review.
