I'm so relieved that I now use petscripts and only pay gap...it is a weight off my mind knowing that instead of finding hundreds every month I only pay gap...it took a bit to get everything required from vet but I'm glad I persisted...excellent service

I use Petscripts on a monthly basis for my pet and have done so for a long time now. They are always ready to take your call or answer your message if you need to contact them with any queries. They are really polite and attentive. They are super super fast at arranging delivery of your purchase and I know I can always count on their reliability to dispense the medication and get it shipped asap!! Well done Petscripts!

Easy to set up the account
Easy to set up the account. We had our vet email the script and I submitted my order on-line. Everything linked up and the product was delivered in a couple of days. Great communications the whole way. Great prices. Great service. Great for those ongoing script items your beloved pets end up needing for a happy life. Recommended.

Amazing staff and customer service
Whilst I’ve had problems with delivery (totally a Australia Post issue) the staff have been an absolute credit to the company to deal with. Can not fault their customer care and service at all. The lovely lady I initially spoke with went above and beyond to source the correct dosage for my neurotic little fur babies. And big thank you to Steven.
