Brilliant!
I have an Alaskan malamute and she is very big so I wanted a strong leather collar. I was amazed firstly how quickly the order arrived and secondly the quality of the collar for the price I paid. I would definately recommend your company to my friends.

Plan Cat Collar - Simple But Effective
Swift delivery of item; which is exactly what I wanted. My cat is always losing her collars; so I like to keep some spare! Excellent product and good value for money. From a safety point of view too, if Gracie gets caught up a tree by her collar, it simply snaps open so she can free herself.

Fantastic customer service!!
A big thank you to Stewart for helping me out with a replacement collar & lead set. I needed a Chihuahua collar & lead set for our puppy dog walking classes. The set I order wasn't in stock! Stewart sent a "next day delivery"alternative to me to make sure I had the equipment for class. Plus a 10% discount card to use on my next order!
Fantastic customer care. Will definitely be buying more from Pet Runway.

Lovely company who haven't lost the personal touch
My collars arrived really quickly and in perfect condition. Delivery costs are more than reasonable and the items were well packaged. I loved the small bag of Haribo they included in the order and the flyer for discount off my next order. Really please overall and I will absolutely use again!

brilliant quality for money and prompt service would definately come back to Petrunway again.
Wanted something a bit different and pretty for my 10 month staffy at a reasonable price and found it after much searching at Pet runway it arrived quickly too.

Not such a good experience
I had to contact the company twice - as I hadn't had confirmation of dispatch. Firstly, the item wasn't in stock when I ordered it - it arrived, with them, a few days later (there was no mention of this at the time of ordering and my payment was taken immediately), and then, once I was assured that the item had arrived with them and I would be receiving a 'confirmation of dispatch that evening; it didn't arrive. When I queried this, I was told it was a 'system glitch'.
The experience wasn't terrible, the contact person was most helpful and polite; the item was as described - but I doubt I will be buying from here again; unless I can't get an item elsewhere.
