Very pleased with the Lupine dog harness that I purchased.

Absolutely blown away by delivery speed, ordered one day delivered the next. The collars I purchased fit beautifully and are of good quality. Will defo use them again and highly recommend.

Possibly the best customer service I have ever received. So helpful, friendly and genuine. Went that extra mile to make it all the more pleasant an experience when dealing with petrunway. I had a small mix up with my original order and with absolutely no fuss and with great communication this was solved with no trouble, Stewart made every effort possible in ensuring that I was a happy customer. I purchased a Hamish mcbeth lead for my Chihuahua, it is excellent quality and very stylish, my Chihuahua is also the proud owner of a squeaky bra and knickers chew toy set, rather that than the real thing! Having shopped on other pet sites before, I will not hesitate to be making my next order soon from pet runway, a fantastic selection covering all sizes and tastes!

just what I wanted

I ordered the wrong size dog collar for my Chihuahua and got a full refund straight away with no problems at all.

After having lost several collars I decided to buy Marley this one and I'm so glad I did. The collar stays on and looks great, it's also highly reflective. Wish I'd got one sooner 🐈🐾🐾🐾

They do have some good products, but the poor customer service is exhausting.

My experience is that they sent me the wrong product, so tried to call customer services to clarify the problem - don't bother trying to do this though as no one picks us the customer service number. Failing that, I began the return process. I then found out that I had to pay the postage to send it back, which didn't seem fair given it was their mistake, so I emailed to query this and was told that I could get it reimbursed if I sent proof of purchase (no apology for the mistake though).

As the post office have put the wrong post code on the proof of purchase I now have to wait to see if the returns gets there before I get the product I ordered and had aready waited 8 days for. I ordered a lead that cost £5 and have paid more than this in postage! Even more worrying is that I got asked what it was that I did order and had to send them a link to make sure it didn't happen again! Still no apology or acknowledgement how time consuming this has been.

Pet Runway have a good selection of products, but nothing is worth this level of customer service. Especially for an under £5 purchase.

Really like the pink bone collar. The leather is really good. The only reason i gave it a four star is that i had to put an extra hole in the collar otherwise it would have been too tight for my doggie. I have a cocker spaniel and always buy medium size. This however wouldn't stop me purchasing again as great delivery service also.

Ordered 2 lovely dog bowls - spent ages searching for the right thing and these were perfect.
Website and ordering process was really easy and my Dog Bowls arrived very quickly and very well wrapped. Would definitely recommend this company.
