Excellent personal service
My order was delayed due to delivery problems of my items to Pet Runway from their supplier. When they received the items Pet Runways emailed me, sent my order by next day delivery at no charge, enclosed an extra dog toy(same as my order) to compensate. Thank you for such personal and good service
I will be using Pet Runway again and will recommend them to my friends.

Fantastic service. I telephoned for advice first and the service was excellent. They helped me make the right choice and after making the purchase, delivery was quick and the collar was perfect for my dog. Perfect fit and of great quality. Will definitely use them again 😊

Union Jack dog collar and lead
This was an excellent choice , very well
made and strong materials . Bought the large as we have medium size dog . I was kept in touch by email of postal arrival dates and any concerns I might have had with tracking over the Christmas period by Pet Runway staff ,would definitely recommend this company .

Top quality product and 1st class service !
I had tried numerous companies prior to finding pet runway and I as I have four pupps, I renew my name tags every few years due to normal wear and tear. First class products and excellent speedy service.
You will not be dissapointed!!

No goods received
I ordered a collar-bandanna. It didn't arrive. Pet Runway kept me informed and apologised a lot. There seemed to be a problem with their supplier not sending them the goods to forward on to me. However this has put me off ordering from them in the future.

Fantastic!
This was my second purchase from the site, once again the service was amazing, delivery was very quick despite the order being placed very close to christmas. It was helpful to know last order dates to receive before Christmas. The collar is such good value for money, my dogs previous one lasted a year, the only reason for a new collar was me deciding a new collar would make an excellent christmas present!

Excellent product, poor delivery
The cushion is excellent quality, stays nice and fluffy after prolonged use and the dog is definitely pleased with it. Delivery was poor, took almost a month to actually receive the cushion and several phone calls chasing it. If you need it in a hurry this is not the product for you, if you can wait, it's worth it. Customer helpline was friendly but no sense of urgency when it comes to late or missing deliveries.

Didn't quite know what dog collar size to get so jumped onto live chat and got a very helpful person to advise. Great, quick delivery and a lovely treat in the package. Will absolutely be using Pet Runway again!

Original order 12.12.15 dispatched wrong item 16.12.15, item arrived 17.12.12.15 rang pet runway 17.12.15 promised to send replacement 17.12.15 emails from company 28/29.12.15 now 11.01.2016 still not received.
Agreed item arrived fifteen weeks after original order. (Not the original item but an agreed alternative)
It's a shame the MD had to sort out as staff were always pleasant but had no idea on stock availability or levels, made promises company couldn't deliver.

VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Only half of the order was received without explanation and no reply to an email requesting details of when the gift might be delivered. One very sad and disappointed little dog this Christmas.
