Card and envelope damaged upon arrival
The card arrived in the stated time to me in the UK. However it was sent in a Jiffy bag which provided very little protection to the contents. The envelope was bent and creased in several places and one of the leaves on the card was creased. I have complained to the company requesting a refund and have sent numerous photos to them, each time they reply asking for more. Due to the tight timescale I have had to send the card to my daughter in Hong Kong as there was no time to obtain a replacement for it. Upon putting the card into the envelope provided the side and bottom seams of the envelope came unstuck. Really not good value for money and am disappointed. Will definitely not buy from them again. The company states it’s designed in Australia but it’s from China.

The card is quite nice and similar to description when ordered I was disappointed the flowers look much less attractive than on site.The delivery was made to the wrong house which is not occupied but fortunately family was visiting and delivered to me .

Received reasonably promptly
Received reasonably promptly. Arrived flat, disappointed only with the delivery driver who left it in front of our garage downstairs in the rain at 4am. Fortunately plastic wrapped so it survived. Probably will buy again

Nice enough product. Very poor misleading service
My daughter sent me this for my birthday thinking it was Australian company and that it would arrive before my birthday. She ordered 10 days before and it was 5 days before it got shipped....FROM CHINA. It arrived today...10 days after my birthday. They don't really look the same as they're represented online but they're ok. The small size one is very small and the large is an okay size. The personalised greeting card was a very small tag with only half of the message. It's a good concept but it missed the mark on quality and value for money and the fact that it's not an Australian company as advertised but a dishonest Chinese drop shipping organisation. I think when my daughter sees it she will be disappointed with what she spent her money on

Very easy to order, loved the variety of cards available and the concept. Took about a week to receive the products but updated and able to track
