They did everything right, once they took my order they kept me posted every step of the way! Have had them placed in the yard for about a month have not seen a rabbit, mouse, vole, ground squirrel or other critters since. I hope they aren’t attacking the neighbors but I am happy

I wasn't sure about ordering but wanted to make sure we didn't get bedbugs after living with them for 3 years in Northern California. We have only had the devices plugged in for a few days and found hiding bugs trying to exit the house. Great job so far. So glad I spent the money to make sure no more bugs made a meal of me. To order was easy and delivery was quick. It only took a few days to receive the product and now my home is safe. Thanks.

My main concern due to pests was for mice and bugs in my garage, due to the pet food and bird I have stored there. After three weeks of PestLab, all signs of insects and rodents are gone and I couldn't be happier.

Where to plug in is important. Sound waves do not penetrate furniture or walls. Bedbugs affected only when emerging from their nesting area which is in furniture or cracks in walls. Plug in as close to the headboard as possible they are not usually active during the day so plug in at least two in opposite sides of the room most affected

I received the 9 units ordered and immediately put them to use. It has only been a couple of days, but they seem to be doing what was hoped. I found a couple of dead gnats indicating positive results so far. Also not bothered by flying gnats over the past few days too. Looking forward to a pest free summer!

LESS FLEAS AND NO SPRAYS NO RUNNING AND HIDING WORKS GOOD

To whom it may concern. I don't know how i got bed bugs. I tried all the commercials products to no avail. I tried your products and to my surprise it actually worked. I have not seen or been bitten by bed bugs. I would confidentialy recommend your products to those who have the problem. You have a great product.

Since purchasing three Pestlab units, I have maintained continuous contact with the distributor. Although I encountered a few minor issues during operation, I reported them to Pestlab, and they were treated with exceptional seriousness. The vendor provided very enthusiastic service and demonstrated a highly conscientious attitude, responding to my inquiries on multiple occasions. This experience has further solidified my resolve to continue using their products. I am confident that, with Pestlab's strong support, our pest control issues will be completely resolved. I have had these for 2 weeks now. I have tried everything to keep box elder bugs from coming into my house. I guess the summer will be the best time to judge these but even though box elder bugs don't come out until summer and warm weather, I have been getting them all winter. Not many but they are still there. They don't bite but 1 or 2 is too many in my house. Guess what, I found 1 this week, DEAD! I'm so excited to see if I will be bug free going forward. Thank You.

I ordered 9 stakes to put in my backyard which is overrun by voles and moles. The order arrived quickly and was packaged nicely. Each one fired up right out of the box. Immediately I was able to put them to use. They have been out 2 weeks and already I've noticed decreased activity. I'm very happy with this product and I would recommend Pest Lab to anyone with pest issues. Thank you Pest Lab!

My package came damaged as I bought the external ones that send vibrations through the ground. We have had problems with voles and moles and they kept burrowing under our pool. So I put these in the ground all away around the pool the voles and moles have stopped. The company responded right away we have to remember we are not their only customer. The customer service was far above what I expected in today society as most times you get a rep that just goes through the motions and doesnt do anything but give you excuses. Thanks Pestlab for your best experience.

I did give 5 star rating at first. Outside devices I bought working ok. The problem is customer service. The original order was routed wrong delaying delivery. Pest lab solved problem and as a inconvenience offered me 2 free devices. They said they were on the way, never received them. Later I got email asking for survey feedback. In return They would send me 2 free devices when feedback was published. They have now quit answering my emails and as of today 4-25-06 I have not received my now 4 free devices that THEY offered for my inconvenience and survey. Very unprofessional. They didn't waste time taking my money.

So ordered this Product about a Month ago as a test because we get Random bugs an Insects so far only 1 Unit but it definitely is working to repel all critters from the area its at I really am impressed by this Product ordering More soon for Both internal an external

Horrible dishonest company. I asked to cancel my order of 6 units and be refunded. I was assured they would. The next day I received an email that my order shipped. I emailed them again and was told it was an internal error and once I received the product, I could send it back for a refund BUT I would have to pay for the shipping costs. I was very upset obviously. They offered a partial refund for the inconvenience which I accepted. I did receive that however, once my order arrived, I only received 1 of the 6. The company owes me another refund because what I paid even after the partial refund does not equal out. 1 unit is 29.99 and I paid 65.66. Not cool. I have sent 4 emails since receiving the 1 item (showed pictures of the package) and have not received a single response. I will continue to email and blast the company everywhere until they make it right.

Horrible! Sent the wrong items twice and wants me to pay for return shipping for their mistake. This company seems like a scam.

Company has two different products that I ordered. The first order still has not arrived or had any updates on time of arrival after 9 days. The second order came quickly and is working as far as I can tell that would be the pest plug in for the house. The first order apparently is coming from China (thought I was ordering from an American based company). If I had known ahead of time where it was being shipped from, I never would have placed the order. The second order did come from within the US. Customer service is none existent either way as there is no phone number only an email. Their answers are short and never complete. Still waiting for a refund as was over charged on one of the orders. Buyer beware.
